Equipped with heating and a wood-burning stove, the holiday home can be used all year round. The house has two separate bedrooms, living/dining room, fully equipped kitchen and a modern bathroom

Cancellation terms:
In case of cancellation of your stay, there will be cancellation fees according to our terms and conditions. To cover financial losses such as illnesses, accidents or unemployment, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance. The customer can withdraw from the contract at any time by written notice. The cancellation fees are calculated as follows: - If the contract is cancelled more than 120 days before the scheduled occupation date, cancellation fees amount to 10% of the invoice total, but at least €200; - If the contract is cancelled from 120 days up to 60 days before the scheduled occupation date, cancellation fees amount to 50% of the invoice total; - If the contract is cancelled from 59 days up to 4 days before the scheduled occupation date, cancellation fees amount to 80% of the invoice total; - For later cancellation or if the trip is not commenced, the cancellation fees will be 90% of the invoice total. If "Maribell" holiday homes manages to find another renter for the same period and under the same conditions, irrespective of the cancellation date, only 10% of the travel price will be charged, but at least €150.

There are no limits to the recreational possibilities, such as excursions to the neighbouring nature and national parks, bicycle tours, motor boating, fishing, horseback riding, golf and tennis.
Each house comes with a rowing boat free of charge.
As a special treat, our guests receive an electric motor for their rowing boat at a preferential price.
Washing machine and dryer are available in the complex.
Our marina, awarded the yellow wave and "MQM" certificate, is easily accessible from all waterways. 100 boat berths and sufficient water depth allow easy mooring at any time.

Quiet summer holiday by the lake
The holiday home is clean and very well equipped. The small rowing boat invites you to go boating and fishing. A small kiosk for daily necessities would be an advantage, as the shopping possibilities are a bit far. The sights are easily accessible by car or bicycle.
