Cancellation terms:
- (Im Falle einer Stornierung Ihres Aufenthalts entstehen Ihnen Stornokosten gemäß unserer AVB’s. Damit Sie z. B. bei Erkrankung, Unfall oder Arbeitslosigkeit Ihre finanziellen Verluste ersetzt bekommen, empfehlen wir Ihnen den Abschluss einer Reiserücktrittsversicherung). Der Kunde kann jederzeit durch schriftliche Erklärung vom Vertrag zurücktreten. Die Stornogebühren entstehen nach folgender Staffelung: - bei Rücktritt vom Vertrag mehr als 120 Tage vor dem vereinbarten Belegungstermin werden Stornokosten in Höhe von 10% der Rechnungssumme, aber mindestens 200.- € berechnet; - bei Rücktritt vom Vertrag in der Zeit von 120 Tagen bis zum 60. Tag vor dem vereinbarten Belegungstermin werden Stornokosten in Höhe von 50% der Rechnungssumme berechnet; - bei Rücktritt vom Vertrag in der Zeit von 59 Tagen bis zum 4. There are no limits to the recreational possibilities, such as excursions to the neighbouring nature and national parks, bicycle tours, motor boating, fishing, horseback riding, golf and tennis.
Each house comes with a rowing boat free of charge.
As a special treat, our guests receive an electric motor for their rowing boat at a preferential price.
Washing machine and dryer are available in the complex.
Our marina, awarded the yellow wave and "MQM" certificate, is easily accessible from all waterways. 100 boat berths and sufficient water depth allow easy mooring at any time.

Quiet summer holiday by the lake
The holiday home is clean and very well equipped. The small rowing boat invites you to go boating and fishing. A small kiosk for daily necessities would be an advantage, as the shopping possibilities are a bit far. The sights are easily accessible by car or bicycle.
