Description

The exclusive "Schleihaus Windrose" is ideal for a family of six or friends who want to enjoy a unique vacation just about 200m from the Schlei. Nearby there is a bathing spot for a refreshing dip on warm summer days.

The luxurious, spacious holiday home features a large and bright living room with a direct view of the Schlei, an adjoining dining area, and an open-plan kitchen. The living area is furnished with a cozy leather seating corner, a wood-burning stove for snug evenings, flat-screen TV, DVD, and music system. The exclusive and comfortable dining area offers space for 6 people to enjoy meals with a beautiful view and to try out the regional cuisine. In the kitchen with upscale amenities, you will find, in addition to the usual comforts, a dishwasher, microwave, stove, and oven. "Windrose" has 3 bedrooms, in which 6 people can sleep. Two of them are equipped with double beds and a wardrobe, one with two single beds and a large chest of drawers. The spacious bathroom features a shower/toilet/washing machine, a sauna suitable for 3 people, as well as a comfortable corner bathtub with whirlpool function for relaxation. The entire house has underfloor heating, which gives even tired feet a cozy holiday feeling. Furthermore, there is a guest WC in the house.

The complimentary firewood basket is only available from October to March.

Our house is a non-smoking house.

Larger groups can also rent the holiday home "Leuchtturm" (6 people) opposite.

Partying all-male groups are not welcome in this house.

Location and surroundings of object

Our luxury holiday home is located only about 200 metres from the shore of the Schlei in the beautiful district of Hülsen, which belongs to the Schleidorf Bohnert. Bohnert is in the municipality of Kosel and thus in Schwansen.
It is only 8 km to the Baltic Sea beach in Eckernförde and 30 km to the country doctor's town of Deekelsen. The beautiful Schlei region around the holiday home offers activities for young and old. In addition to wonderful bicycle tours past the golden rape fields, anglers can get their money's worth during the herring season. In the surrounding area there are villages and towns that are particularly worth seeing, such as the cute Schleid village of Bohnert, the smallest town in Germany Arnis or the cosy harbour town of Kappeln. Of course, you can also drive to the Baltic Sea beach in Eckernförde, only 8 km away, for a walk or a swim.

All prices are plus consumption costs (electricity/heating: 0,60€/kwh, water: 6,00€/m³). The consumption costs will be invoiced in cash on site on the day of departure.

The obligatory final cleaning service of € 125,- is already automatically included in the total price for the requested period of stay via our price calculator.
