With 110 m² on two levels, the "Rapsblütenhaus" is a wonderfully spacious holiday home to feel at home in. It was newly built in 2017 and is located in the western, particularly quiet area of the Hülsen holiday home estate. To the north-east (morning sun!) there are beautiful views of the biotope and the Marina Hülsen marina, to the west you can see the Schlei from the upper floor.
Even in the cooler seasons, you will find cosy comfort in this holiday home made entirely of wood. A wood-burning stove, heated floor tiles, a spacious sauna (1.80 x 2.00 m) and a large bathtub with whirlpool function as well as bright, high-quality furnishings are the perfect combination here.
On the ground floor is the bright and cosy living area with wood-burning stove, spacious dining area, open-plan kitchen, utility room, wellness bathroom, hallway and guest WC. The floor-to-ceiling windows give you direct access to the terrace and the large garden. The house is surrounded by typical regional plants such as lilac and hazelnut.
A curved beech wood staircase leads to the upper floor. On this level you have wonderful views of the Schlei landscape from all the windows. On the upper floor you will find three bedrooms and a shower room. Two bedrooms are furnished with double beds and one with a single bed and desk.
The "Rapsblütenhaus" is ideal for families or couples of friends who don't want to miss out on space and comfort on holiday. A lockable shed extension offers space for your bicycles or water sports equipment. A beach chair awaits you and your favourite book on the terrace.

Location and surroundings of object
The holiday home's location on the Schlei, an arm of the Baltic Sea, makes it particularly attractive. Various beautiful excursions are possible from here, such as fantastic cycle tours along the Schlei, which is very popular with water sports enthusiasts, and the rapeseed fields and as far as the Baltic Sea. There are other excursion destinations available throughout the Schlei region. For example, the family leisure park "Tolkschau" or the cute Schlei towns of Kappeln and Arnis. Many cafés and ice cream parlours invite you to linger and a dip in the Baltic Sea is of course a must during your holiday. A bathing area on the Schlei is only 200 metres away.
