Welcome to your holiday home (semi-detached house).
Plenty of space is available to you on 150m² of living space in three bedrooms, a large living room, a kitchen and two bathrooms. Your house is furnished in a modern style. The windows are equipped with electric shutters. Your feet are warmed by underfloor heating. We have also paid attention to quality when choosing the beds and mattresses so that your dreams are not disturbed. You can relax in comfort on leather seating and dine together at a large dining table. A fully equipped kitchen can help to save your holiday funds. A cosy open fire or even a barbecue on the terrace is guaranteed to create a holiday atmosphere.
In front of the house there are 2 parking spaces and a bicycle stand. You can rent bicycles nearby at a reasonable price.
The roof of your holiday home generates electricity, so we can give you the energy costs for free.
By the way, Glowe is in the top group in Germany in the "distribution" of sunshine hours per year (with over 2000 sunshine hours per year).
At the same time, you contribute to environmental protection, as the electricity you consume is partly generated directly by our photovoltaic system on the roof. In this way you save the environment harmful CO2.
The air on the island of Rügen and especially near the beach contains iodine and is free of pollutants of all kinds, this also applies to pollen and other allergy-causing substances. Experiencing the coastal landscape and the open sea relaxes body and mind at any time of year.

The state-recognised resort of Glowe has developed from an old fishing village into an up-and-coming seaside resort with a small harbour, a beautiful beach promenade, a spa square, a spa park with a large playground and, of course, an 8 km long fine sandy beach, probably the longest and most beautiful beach on the holiday island of Rügen.
Several restaurants with delicious fish and traditional Mecklenburg cuisine are close by. A large shopping market, a bakery, a hairdresser and a fish smokehouse etc. are also within walking distance.

| The prices are valid for up to 6 persons. The visitor's tax is to be paid by the guest on site (at our house management). Cot (for infant) and high chair can be provided free of charge on request. You are welcome to bring your own linen (towels/bed linen) or rent them from our house management for a fee of € 20 per person for the duration of your stay. Free cancellation possible up to 60 days before the arrival date.
Here is the translation to English: The cancellation costs amount to 50% of the total rental price in the event of a declared withdrawal from 60 days to 40 days before the start of the rental period. In the case of a withdrawal from 39 days to 29 days before the start of the rental period, 80% of the rental price is due, and from the 28th day onwards or in the event of non-arrival, the full rental price must be paid. Nevertheless, the tenant may nominate a substitute tenant who enters into the contract under the same conditions. The notice of withdrawal must be submitted to the landlord in writing.
