This holiday flat is located directly in the centre of the Baltic Sea spa Zingst, with its restaurants, boutiques, supermarket and also the market place with daily fresh fruit and vegetables. The beach is only about 400m away, which you can easily reach by bike or on foot. The Bodden and the extensive network of hiking trails are about 300m away. You are spoilt for choice when it comes to breakfast rolls. There are several bakeries in the immediate vicinity. There are also two bicycle rentals in the immediate vicinity.
Zingst and the surrounding area with the Vorpommersche Boddenlandschaft National Park offer you many recreational opportunities: Fishing, boating, nudism, fitness, indoor playhouse, inline skating, mini golf, cycling, horse riding, sauna, swimming, sailing, shopping, sightseeing, surfing, diving, tennis, hiking, water skiing, wellness.
And not to forget: atmospheric sunsets, for example at the pier, and the sound of the sea.
It is especially beautiful during the crane season (September/October). The fascinating spectacle of nature is an unforgettable experience.

Cancellation terms:
The tenant may withdraw from the lease agreement before the start of the rental period by submitting a written statement to the landlord. The determining factor is the time at which the withdrawal statement is received by the landlord. If the tenant withdraws from the lease agreement, they must pay a flat-rate compensation for the incurred expenses and lost profits already accrued by the landlord, at the following rates: - Cancellation up to the 45th day before the start of the rental period: 30% (but not less than €25) - Cancellation from the 44th to the 35th day before the start of the rental period: 50% - Cancellation from the 34th day to one day before arrival: 80% - Cancellation in case of no-show: 100% No refund of the remaining rent is made in case of premature departure.
