This is lovingly furnished with everything your heart desires. You will need a lot of things, but we make a point of having everything.

Our flat 20 is located in the newly built house "Sonnenschein" in the beach park Großenbrode, which you can easily reach with the lift on the first floor.
The Baltic Sea is only a few steps away, where a wonderful beach with its own beach chair awaits you from May to September.
The spacious living area spoils you with glass fronts and a large balcony with a side sea view. On the balcony you can end the day in the evening sun with a glass of wine or a cup of tea. From here you can see all the way to the Baltic Sea.
The completely modern kitchen is equipped with all technical appliances (refrigerator, freezer with three compartments, four-plate ceramic hob, convection oven,
Toaster, microwave, kettle, egg boiler and coffee machine).
The light-flooded dining area is equipped with 5 chairs and a large dining table for 5 people.
The underfloor heating and the wood-burning stove on cold days ensure the right room climate.
Entertainment is provided by a flat-screen TV, Blue-ray player, CD player with radio.
The two bedrooms are both equipped with HD TV and a double bed each.
There is room for a 5th person on the sofa bed, an additional duvet & pillow is available.
The wellness bathroom has its own sauna for two people, shower and whirlpool. Your well-being is taken care of. A washer and dryer combination is available for you free of charge. A set of towels, bath towels and
Bed linen are included, so you save space in your suitcase.
With a baby travel cot, high chair, socket protectors, a selection of books, CDs, DVDs, a game collection and a small footstool in the bathroom, we welcome our big and small guests.
Bicycle storage room (dimensions 1.50 m x 3.00 m), where you can comfortably store your bicycles or other sports equipment.
There are no sloping ceilings in our flat, so you can move around without restrictions.

The Baltic Sea spa Großenbrode is surrounded on three sides by sparkling blue water with lots of nature, healthy air and an atmosphere of tranquillity that promises you a relaxing holiday.
It is only a few steps from the beach park Großenbrode to the long and wide bathing beach with its white fine sand. Beach chairs can be rented directly on the beach. The gently sloping beach into the sea is ideal for children to swim.
With the long beach promenade and the pier, you will experience one of the most beautiful beaches in the region. The promenade with its restaurants and shops invites you to dine and stroll.
Großenbrode is located at the very tip of the Bay of Lübeck, about 80km from Lübeck. On the Wagrien peninsula between Heiligenhafen and the island of Fehmarn, the seaside resort is one of the areas in Germany with the least rainfall and the most sunshine.
For active holidaymakers, Großenbrode offers extensive cycle paths, which are often also suitable for skating, opportunities for water lovers such as diving, deep-sea fishing, water skiing, canoeing, sailing, excursions by bus and/or boat, kite flying.

When furnishing the flat, we attached great importance to making you feel at home immediately. The furnishings are modern and at the same time of high quality, with a lot of attention to detail. You have all the technical comfort you need for a relaxing holiday. With a total of 59 sqm, you will definitely have enough space for the whole family with 5 people. Especially worth mentioning is our large folding couch and the dining area with six leather chairs. For the little guests we have a children's high chair and a children's travel bed with mattress. And much more! Simply dreamlike
We were warmly welcomed on site, the flat is really very nice and well equipped. Even sand toys were available for the children. It was also very nice to have our own beach chair on the beach, just great....
