Description

Well kept, semidetached house with 70 m² living space. All floors tiled, doors and windows secured with wrought iron. Living room with table for 6, open fire place, ceiling van, sofa bed, SAT/TV, sliding doors to two terraces on two different levels, stonewalled BBQ. 2 bedrooms with each two single beds, one with balcony and sea view. Both rooms with stand up fans.

Kitchen fitted with Ceran-hob, oven, diswasher, microwave, big fridge with seperate freezer compartment and washing machine.

Bathroom with shower, WC, washbasin and plenty of cupboards.

Cool breakfast place by house entrance.

Dogs allowed. Private parkingplace marked with house number.

Location and surroundings of object

There are German, British, French, Swiss, Dutch, Belgians and other nationalities living in picturesque houses and villas on the green hills descending towards the sandy private beach of Sta. Maria de Llorell. There is a supermarket and a beach restaurant in the urbanisation. The house administration speaks English. To the busstop is only 50 m from the house. Tossa de Mar is the closest town (4 km), it is known for its old town centre and one of the best preserved castles in Spain. In that coastal town you can find numerous restaurants with recommendable fish dishes. Famous painters like Chagall have visited this idyllic place with its picturesque rocky and sandy coastline regularely. Lots of sports possibilities on land and on the water.

A truly beautiful relaxing vacation

The vacation was a lot of fun and the landlords are very friendly and helpful. I would vacation there again at any time. The house is small, cozy, and clean, and everything you need to unwind is available!

Top house and top vacation

We had a great holiday in Sta Maria De Llorell. The house Daniela 28 is superbly equipped, everything top!! We drove to the sea in 2 minutes, but close enough to the beach, we could always park.
The complex is very nice and a shop is within walking distance.
The landlord is very nice and takes care of everything.
We had a very nice holiday with our 3 children and will definitely come back next year!!
Highly recommended!

Wellbeing and sea

We had the pleasure of spending our holiday in this cute house in summer 20120 and were completely satisfied. The size and layout of the house were great, as was the central location to the beach, supermarket and Tossa de Mar. From time to time, the evenings were a bit noisy because of the campsite nearby, but even this was within limits and acceptable. The communication with the landlord was very pleasant. We would like to take this opportunity to thank him again. We would like to come again in 2011. Fam. Pietzko

Great vacation for the 2nd time!!!!!

A great house very clean. Super beds and mattresses. Everything you need in terms of devices and dishes. Human and dog feel very comfortable! Perfect instructions and direct VERY FRIENDLY responses from the landlord. The location of the house was perfect for us. We had rented the house last year and were VERY HAPPY that we could rent it again in our vacation period this year. And if the dates work out next year, we would be very happy to rent it again. The beach is great, never overcrowded, and clean. In our opinion, it deserves a 10/10! !

SPITZENURLAUB

We had a wonderful vacation in this house in Sta. Maria de Llorell. It was quiet, the beach was great, especially the beach bar and the sangria. The house was top-notch, everything you could wish for was available and in great condition. Everything worked out perfectly. We will definitely book again.

Vicinity of the holiday home: Wunderschöne gepflegte Wohnanlage an einem Hang mit vielen Korkeichen und Föhren. Internationale Feriengäste, vor allem Spanier und Deutsche. Absolut keine Langeweile bei familienfreundlichem Privatstrand mit etwas körnigen Sand nur für die Gäste in Sta. Maria.

free time activities: Am Strand Möglichkeit für Wasserschi, segeln, windsurfen, Bananenboot fahren, Bootsausflüge, tauchen, schnorcheln. Ruhige Fußwege für Wanderer. Am angrenzenden Camping Platz kann man alle angebotenen Freizeit- Sporteinrichtungen meist gratis mitbenützen.

shopping facilities: Eigener Supermarkt beim Eingang zur Anlage. Im 3,5 km entfernten Tossa de Mar gibt es viele Geschäfte meist noch etwas billiger

Our first visit to Sta. Maria de Llorell was in 1985. We felt very comfortable in this wonderful complex and our children made many friends. We returned year after year until we decided to buy and adapt this little house. Many things were changed and improved so that we could feel at home on holiday. Our family grew and the cottage became too small. Then we built Es MIRADOR for 10 pers. with swimming pool also in Sta. Maria de Llorell on the opposite, extremely quiet side "Venus 47"
