The chalet is ideally located. South/west orientation, beautiful view over the entire valley due to the hillside location – all the way to the Kaiser Mountains, yet close to the center and quiet.

Hikers and bikers can start directly from the property. In winter, you can put on your cross-country skis right at the house and access 80 km of groomed trails. The ski bus stop is only 2 minutes away. The longest natural toboggan run in Germany, the lift, and the snow tubing run are nearby. The town of Reit im Winkl, with its well-known ski area Winklmoosalm/Steinplatte, offers a special experience both for those seeking relaxation and for ambitious winter sports enthusiasts. Here, in the snow-surest ski area in Germany, beginners and professionals alike will find everything a sports lover could wish for. Reit im Winkl is considered Germany's snowiest and sunniest place. The climatic health resort Reit im Winkl is distinguished primarily by its breathtaking landscape, which is worth a visit at any time of year. Sports and leisure activities as well as cozy gastronomy are available in a wide variety of forms. And for those who like, you can also take a trip and spend an evening (or day) in the fashionable Kitzbühel. | The object price refers to occupancy with 6 persons. Each additional person/bed is charged at € 19 (babies are free of charge; three baby cots and three high chairs are available; baby linen can be provided on request) Bed linen, shower and hand towels, stove wood, electricity (sauna) as well as parking in the village, bus, free entry to outdoor/indoor swimming pool etc. are included. The only additional charge is the visitor's tax (depending on season and age, approx. 0 to 2.70 € per person/day) During Christmas, Sylvester and Carnival week we charge € 25 (instead of € 19) for a minimum of 15 guests and € 25 for the 7th person or more. Special conditions for short-term bookings, gaps in occupancy and long-term rentals in the low season - please ask us. In case of less than full occupancy, individual sleeping areas may be closed - please contact us for more information |

A winter dream
Hello Vierbach family,
thank you again for our wonderful holiday week in your house Chalet Bergdoktor in Reit im Winkl
The house is very well equipped and we found more than expected. Especially the kitchen surprised us - everything we needed is there - even a spaetzle slicer ;-)
Besides 2 fridges and a coffee machine, there is also enough cutlery and crockery in the kitchen
Due to the size of our group, we didn't occupy all the beds, so we spread out nicely throughout the house and used all the rooms
The flat on the ground floor was perfect for the family travelling with us. In this completely closed area, the baby could also sleep when we celebrated together in the living area
The landlords: very nice and quick contact and all our questions were always answered promptly
Kitchen: clean and very well equipped
Bathrooms: partly newly renovated and clean
Rooms: well equipped and clean
Basic stove: great thing
Corner bench: our favourite place
Living room: cosy and nice view to the mountains
TV room: well equipped and with sofas
Billiard and table football room: available
Ski boot room: completely sufficient
Sauna: very nicely done
Balcony: super big and nice balcony
Outdoor area: snowy ;-)
Ski bus stop: at the Festsaal approx. 300 - 400m and it is 8 - 10 min to walk with ski boots
1. Shopping possibility: EDKA - walking distance 12min
Village centre: with restaurants and other shopping facilities approx. 700m and 15min walk

Relaxing, successful holiday
Quaint and rustic house that can easily be forgiven for small blemishes
Quiet location with a beautiful view on the southern outskirts of the village without traffic noise invites you to go for walks and hikes.
Many spacious rooms provide retreat possibilities and the carpentered dining area offers enough space for 8 pers.
The bakery is within walking distance and you can buy fresh bread from 7.30 a.m. onwards
A "Nice to have" is the 2nd fridge for drinks etc, also the existing dryer to the washing machine.
For us as multi-generational holidaymakers with 2 children and both grandparents, ideal, highly recommended!
