Enjoy the fantastic location of the house with an unforgettable view, among others on the mountain massif of the nature park 'El Torcal'. The house is located in the mountains about 1h drive from the airport in Malaga, near Villanueva de la Concepcion. By car you can quickly go shopping in Villanueva de la Concepcion. Enjoy the tranquillity of the mountains, with the possibility of a short day trip to the famous tourist resorts on the Costa del Sol, or to the historic and culturally important cities of Andalusia, such as Antequera, Ronda, Seville, Granda and many other typical and uniquely beautiful Spanish villages.

Location and surroundings of object

The dreamlike, romantic view and location of Finca Torcal with its view of the mountain massif of the same name, El Torcal, are unforgettable. You can expect upscale furnishings with a beautiful mix of classic and modern Spanish and Andalusian elements. The house offers two bedrooms for 2 persons each, altogether 4 sleeping places. In the cosily furnished living room with open fireplace and direct access to the open kitchen you will find enough space and peace to relax. The outdoor area with a total of over plot includes palm trees, olive & almond trees, lemon, orange, fig, quince and medlar trees, as well as local spices and fragrant lavender. There is plenty of space on the 120sqm terrace, which invites you to relax amidst fragrant lavender.

The house will be rented out for the first time in December 2012. The finca is located in the mountains about 5km away from Villanueva de la Concepcion. Enjoy the house with an unforgettable and dreamlike view in the mountains.

additional information about rental price:

For rentals of one week or more, all costs are generally included in the rental price, only for rentals of less than 1 week, a separate flat rate of 60 euros is payable for the rental fee.

Long-term renters welcome (please ask for prices separately) - Separate rates apply for repeat bookings.

At the time of booking 30% of the holiday price is payable as a deposit. A deposit is payable with payment of the balance six weeks before the start of the holiday.

Arrival on Saturday only by arrangement, otherwise flexible.

Cancellation terms:

You will be refunded the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 4 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 4 days before check-in, you will be refunded 50% of the booking amount minus the price for the first night and the cancellation fee.
