Our holiday flat
The holiday flat, which was completely renovated in 2012 and furnished with much love, has every comfort and offers a holiday feeling for max. 8 people p u r.
Our holiday flat offers:
Kitchen with dining table and 8 chairs, refrigerator, electric cooker with ceramic hob and oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, etc.
Living room with huge lounge couch, satellite TV, Blu-ray player
2 bedrooms with 1 double bed each and 1 bunk bed with duo couch
Bathroom with bathtub-shower combination
Large terrace with seating
small playground with sandpit, playhouse with slide, swing and a trampoline are available for the leisure activities of our younger guests.
The property is 2100 sqm and can be used as far as possible, so there is plenty of space for the children to run around.
Long walks can be taken directly from the house.

Location and surroundings of object
The apartment is located on the ground floor of a former restaurant with adjacent 100 year old ballroom at the edge of Long Elmenhorst. The owners live in the upper floor. Elmenhorst is located about ten kilometers south of the city of Stralsund and about 15 kilometers north of Pomerania. Larger parts of the municipality are forested. West of the town runs the federal highway 194 and east of the main road 96 The train route Stralsund-Berlin (Berlin Northern Railway) runs through the municipality and has a stop in Elmenhorst.

Super holiday apartment and landlord
We, 2 adults and two children, felt very comfortable in the holiday apartment. The check-in was hassle-free, as was the check-out. The apartment is clean and equipped with everything one needs. A very nice holiday flat
We like this flat very much, except for a few minor details that are not worth mentioning.
It has a nice size and is much more modern on the inside than you would expect from the outside.
A very nice place to stay when visiting Elmenhorst.
