Description
Enjoy your holiday and the peace and quiet in the Hümmling Nature Park in a rustic farmhouse of the former "Gut Einhaus" in Bockholte (Emsland). In a dream location - but not secluded - on a 20000 m2 forest plot with old trees and a 400-metre-long private access road, you can relax and unwind. Our rustic farmhouse is the ideal starting point for cyclists, hikers or horse riders to make extensive tours through the Hümmling natural landscape. On the ground floor there are 2 double rooms, a room with a fireplace, a hall, a kitchen and a bathroom. On the first floor there is 1 double room, 1 single room and a bathroom. In the adjoining house there are 2 double rooms, kitchen with fireplace and bathroom. Both houses have central heating, satellite TV, a fireplace and are equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday.
You can stay in pairs, alone or with a group of up to 10 people. The prices include running costs, bed linen, towels and .

Location and surroundings of object
The town of Werlte is only a short distance away, with various restaurants, shops, doctors, pharmacies and an indoor swimming pool with sauna. Several bicycle routes, the Hümmlinger Pilgerweg (pilgrimage trail) and a horseback hiking trail pass close to the holiday home
For mountain bikers, there is the "Trail Park Werlte "in the immediate vicinity with a starting hill and 3 different routes at different heights with corresponding jumps. The trail park was created in cooperation with the cycling team of the "Sparta Werlte" club, the town of Werlte, the district of Emsland and many sponsors and can be used free of charge.
Anglers can relax and enjoy the peace and quiet at the house's own natural lake at a distance of approx. 4 km. In addition, guest cards from the Werlte fishing club can be purchased for the club's waters about 1.5 km away. There are 2 paddocks available for trail riders, but horses can also be stabled in the neighbouring indoor riding arena of the Werlte riding club. Dogs are also welcome at Gut Einhaus.
Furthermore, we provide our guests with WLAN internet access and 2 bicycles free of charge.
The Samtgemeinde Werlte is an ideal area for numerous activities, be it leisure activities, hiking, riding, sports or simply strolling and shopping. The life and hustle and bustle of lively villages, small towns and settlements await you, where residents and visitors feel completely at home.
Each municipality is worth seeing in its own way and is perfect for an eventful and relaxing holiday. Nature lovers, for example, can admire and get to know the magnificent nature reserve Theikenmeer (290 hectares in size, approx. 18 hectares of water surface) between Werlte and the district of Ostenwalde as the home of rare birds.
There is also the Bockholter Dose nature reserve between Werlte-Bockholte and the municipality of Vrees. Hiking through the Eleonorenwald in Vrees (contiguous forest area of 2030 ha), relaxing at the Osternbrink with fish pond in Lorup or at the Silbersee (forest lake) in Lahn, one can find relaxation from everyday life.

A place to fall in love
We have booked many similar properties before. We have fallen in love with this property. We appreciate places in a secluded location by or in the forest with an additional far-reaching view. Here we find the necessary peace and quiet and plenty of space for children and dogs to run around. The two houses are cosy and functionally furnished. One is more modern, one more rustic - but both houses are very cosy. It was a 10-minute drive to the shops. We wanted for nothing and the surroundings are priceless. You can also quickly reach some attractions such as a climbing forest, various outdoor pools, zoo or fairytale forest. Very friendly landlords who also offer riding lessons. All in all, one of the nicest properties we have ever rented. It will not be the last time. Thank you very much, dear Triphaus family, and see you next time.

restful, nice and quiet
We stayed with family in the main house. Beautifully located. We felt very comfortable with 2 small children and 2 dogs. The stairs upstairs were a bit steep, so the kids slept downstairs. We plan to come back because it was wonderfully relaxing. Many opportunities to sit outside and beautiful views. The private lake is also located in a totally idyllic place.

Historical and idyllic gem ...
with the atmosphere of the past and yet with modern comfort ... in the middle of a small forest, near the cornfields ... despite some rainy hours, we spent a relaxing and quiet time in the tastefully furnished annex ... comfortable box-spring beds, a large modern shower, everything available ... a covered terrace and some other seating areas on the property ... many small loving details in the house and garden ... we really felt welcome ... simply beautiful ... Thank you for everything ... we will gladly come back ...

Finally a super house!
I was very surprised that there are still such beautiful places where you can have a peaceful vacation. Everything was perfect, the annex almost new, everything clean and very well furnished for a couple with a child and a dog. I was alone with our dog this time, but next time with my wife. Very nice landlords who also allow a dog some freedom. Thank you! Super nature and tranquility!

Dream forest holiday
An absolute stroke of luck for people who want peace, nature and relaxation. We spent a few wonderful days with friends in these uniquely beautiful houses. Very lovingly, creatively and with attention to detail furnished and the garden just as well. We immediately felt at home and wanted to stay forever. Very nice uncomplicated landlords. All around TOP We will be back :-)
