Description
Take a holiday and still feel at home. That is what the Landhaus-Zur Heide offers you. The two large, comfortably furnished holiday flats leave hardly anything to be desired.
The flat is equipped with 2 bedrooms, a living room with satellite TV, a fully equipped kitchen, a bath/shower/WC and a beautiful balcony. The holiday flat "Calluna" has a large partly covered terrace. Towels and bed linen are of course provided and included in the price. A cot and/or high chair can be provided free of charge on request.
Both flats can be used together through a connecting door.
Our garden has a large seating and barbecue area. Here you can have a great barbecue and let the day come to an end. Our village Usseln has various shopping facilities.

Our house is very family-friendly and there are many possibilities for leisure activities in good and bad weather.
Usseln - an ideal holiday resort for families with children, senior citizens, hikers, mountain bikers and winter sports enthusiasts.
Usseln lies in the middle of Upland. It is only a few minutes' drive to each of the village districts. In addition to a number of leisure facilities such as the outdoor leisure pool, mini-golf course, beach volleyball courts, 3 ski lifts all floodlit for floodlit skiing in winter, various cross-country ski trails, tobogganing facilities and an indoor riding arena, there are also three museums: the Milchmuhseum, the Heimatmuseum and the Curioseum.
As a hiker, you have the possibility to directly access the hiking trail "Uplandsteig", which is certified by the German Hiking Association. Usseln is directly connected to the Uplandsteig through the mountain and valley variant of the Uplandsteig.
We are centrally located in the Hochsauerland and in the middle of the Uplandsteig, Rothaarsteig, Höhenflug, etc. and can therefore offer ideal conditions for an individual holiday. This can be simply relaxing or also active.
Leave your everyday life behind for a few days and experience our swinging landscapes with the gentle river valleys and the hills that always look different.
Or perhaps you prefer a sporting challenge? With us you can experience this in picturesque nature and push your limits. Willingen and Winterberg are famous for their great cycle paths through the countryside.

Cancellation terms:
After that, we will charge 25% of the agreed rental price. It is always annoying when you have to cancel a vacation. BUT there is also a solution for that. Please talk to us about it.

Bed linen included and freshly made.

Dear guests ! We have been running this holiday home since 2012 and have had our quality regularly checked and classified by the German Tourism Association (DTV) since then. Both flats have been awarded 4 stars. We try to offer our guests, whether small or large, a pleasant, comfortable or active holiday. Our family is active in hiking or biking or in winter in Nordic sports or alpine skiing, so we can always help with advice.
