Attractive two-room holiday flat of the Kay Jonas family in the Villa Seydlitz, built in spa architecture, in the Baltic resort of Binz. The villa is located only 50 metres from the fine sandy Baltic Sea beach. The pier, the spa square and the train station are just a few minutes' walk away. The furnishings of the holiday flat are characterised by a day-lit bathroom with bidet, adjustable slatted frames in the large double bed and a friendly open-plan living area with access to the veranda. Of course, a car parking space and a beach chair at the next beach exit no. 28 are available for use.

Location and surroundings of object

The pier, the spa square, the railway station, shopping facilities and countless restaurants are just a few minutes' walk away. It is only 50 metres from our beach flat in Binz to the fine sandy Baltic Sea beach! Therefore, it is an optimal holiday accommodation-Binz. The Baltic Sea resort of Binz is the best known and most popular Baltic Sea resort on the island of Rügen. The Prorer Wiek bay stretches to the east with its seemingly endless fine sandy beach, which slopes gently down into the sea. The many white villas in seaside resort architecture, lovingly renovated, line the 4 km long beach promenade. Not only the beach promenade, but also the main street of Binz is ideal for strolling, shopping and feasting. The newly designed lakeside promenade at Schmachter See and the spa park make the Baltic seaside resort more attractive every year. In the south, Binz borders on the magnificent beech forests of the Granitz. It is the starting point for many wonderful walks towards the Mönchgut peninsula and Baltic resorts. A special attraction is the Granitz hunting lodge with its lookout tower, from which you can get an overview of the size of Rügen from a good distance. Binz has good transport links by rail with IC or IR trains,
a special attraction is the Roland train, a narrow-gauge railway that has connected the seaside resorts of Sellin, Baabe and Göhren and the former princely town of Putbus since 1899.

additional information about rental price:

The rental price is for one night for two people and always includes W-LAN use, the use of a car parking space directly at the house. Of course you can use our beach chair at the next beach exit no. 28 (May-September) free of charge. The visitor's tax (2,80€ per person from 3 years and day) has to be paid on site.
Linen packages can be booked for €15 per person.

Cancellation terms:

Our cancellation policy is in accordance with the BGB (German Civil Code). According to this, 90% of the travel price must be paid if we cannot find a replacement. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance. If cancellation on your part becomes necessary for an important reason, we have always found a mutually agreeable solution in the past.

Our flat has upscale furnishings. Our bathroom is equipped with ceramics from Villeroy&Boch and also has a bidet.
If you spend your holiday in our flat, you can park your car directly in front of the house, no long distances. The beach chair belonging to the Kay Jonas holiday flat is only 50 metres away, where the fine sandy Baltic Sea beach of the Prorar Wiek begins. Very comfortable holiday apartment in a great location.

We really enjoyed our stay in the vacation rental. It is upscale furnished so that we lacked for nothing. The beach is practically right outside the door, and the pier is a 5-minute walk away. If we go to Binz again, we will definitely book this apartment again.

Beautiful holiday apartment with great amenities

We had a really lovely week in the holiday apartment of the Jonas family. Binz is also great in winter and not so crowded. We love the long and quiet walks on the beach. And when we returned from an extensive walk, we felt at home in this apartment. It has a very high standard, nothing is missing. The on-site support was also excellent. We can definitely recommend the holiday apartment and would love to come back.

We, the Kay Jonas family, originally come from the island of Usedom and have therefore always been connected to the Baltic Sea. For professional reasons, however, we had to leave the beautiful Baltic Sea. However, in order not to lose touch completely, we bought this beautiful holiday flat on Germany's largest island, Rügen, a few years ago.
