A nice private chalet full of cosiness. At the entrance you are at home! Quiet location in a rural atmosphere in a sunny location. Fall asleep and wake up to a babbling mountain stream. You will find it next to Alpenvilla HAUS AM BACH. Located in the ski resort Kaprun-Kitzsteinhorn-Zell am See, only 2 minutes by car from the center of Kaprun. The free ski bus (about 150 m) runs three times per hour. This shuttles between the Kitzsteinhorn and Zell am See Schüttdorf. In summer, the Kaprun-Zell am See region also offers many opportunities such as hiking, cycling and swimming in the most beautiful mountain lakes in the Alps. Golf Enthusiasts noticed! The 36-hole golf course of Zell am See-Kaprun is only a 3-minute drive away and is one of the most beautiful golf courses in Austria. Here you can play a nice game of golf in a beautiful green environment with the snow-capped Kitzsteinhorn in the background. The most popular destinations in the region are Salzburg (the city of Mozart), the castle Hohen Werfen and the nearby ice caves, the Krimml waterfalls (the largest waterfall in Europe) and the Grossglockner. All these trips can be reached in less than an hour by car or even by train.

Location and surroundings of object

The house by the stream is in a fantastic location. The chalet is located on the southern slope 2 car rminutes of Kaprun in the small town of Fuerth. From your delicious sun chair you can enjoy the (almost) quiet gliding of paragliders. Occasionally you hear a Juhu or wow from above :-). The beautiful
View of the Kitzsteinhorn, the reservoir, the Hohe Tauern Nature Park, the Schmittenhoehe. You are right in the middle of it. The calm and the babbling of the brook in the background complete the picture.

Location, sunny side of the valley, beautiful view of the Kitzsteinhorn and the Hohe Tauern Nature Park, lots of m2, all private, quiet, nature, mountains, a short walk from the bus stop and train station.

Family Week

Cozy accommodation for a large family in a dream location with an alpine panorama.
What we liked:

- Cow pasture and horses ideal for children
- Cozy tasteful furnishings
- Windows very well soundproofed
- Outlets outside of baby reach
- Children's stool for washing hands
- Drinks refrigerator
- Fly screens on important windows as well as blackout with blinds and curtains
- Communication/accessibility of the landlords for questions was great. Fruit Stand
Water pressure and operation of the showers very pleasant.

What a great house

Everything for a great holiday was available in this house. Nice big kitchen and living room. Comfortable beds and clean sanitary facilities. Close to the ski bus, bakery and supermarket. Had a great holiday. Worth repeating.

Chic interior in a great house

There were 8 of us there (grandparents, children and grandchild).
Very beautiful, stylishly furnished house with all the necessary utensils. Very nice and well-equipped kitchen, which invites you to prepare meals together. The toboggan and slides for the grandchild were also nice. Ski bus is less than 5 minutes away.
Very friendly welcome and great helpfulness on site.

Vielen Dank für deine Bewertung.

Es gibt zwei Skibushaltestellen. Der nächste ist etwa 150-175 Meter und weniger als zwei Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Die Bushaltestelle am Bahnhof ist 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Möglicherweise hast du die Bushaltestelle in der Nähe von Haus am Bach übersehen. Es spielt an sich keine Rolle. Auch der Weg zum Bahnhof ist schön.

Die Buchung erfolgte im Jahr 2021 zu dem Nebensaisonpreis und lange vor all den Preiserhöhungen. Wir sind transparent in den Kosten. Der Mietpreis wird im Voraus angezeigt. Wir haben die Preissteigerungen für Gas- und Energierechnungen nicht weitergegeben, wir hatten etwas mehr Reinigungsarbeit als sonst (Kaugummi auf verschiedene Stellen am Boden) und wir haben eine vergessene Halskette nachgeschickt.
Wir lernen gerne aus Feedback. Nur so können wir uns verbessern. Ich bedauere daher , dass es keine Begründung dafür gibt, warum der Preis nicht zufriedenstellend war.

Aber trotzdem hast du angegeben, dass du eine tolle Zeit hattest und Haus am Bach genossen hast.

Great summer vacation

We spent a wonderful week at the house by the stream with our adult children. The view from the balcony is beautiful, and the house is perfectly equipped and cozy as shown in the photos. The region is very diverse: we did a great rafting tour, a bike tour, and of course, beautiful hikes. The sauna was also a highlight. Overall, a perfect vacation during the time of corona. The contact with the landlords was also very good; we promptly received our security deposit back after the vacation. We will definitely come back.

In a completely newly furnished holiday home for family vacation in the beautiful Harz region.

The chalet is centrally located and yet quiet for excursions by the rushing stream. Tastefully furnished with great love, everything is up to date. Full understanding of the strict house rules, these are only there so that guests do not handle the modern furnishings chaotically. We, five adults with three children (5 to 8 years old), felt very comfortable in the house.

Groot en super mooi chalet

At Christmas, we stayed at Haus am Bach. We were totally surprised when we entered. What a cozy, warm, and atmospheric chalet! Large bedrooms and in the basement, a super beautiful large family room with bunk beds. After a day of skiing, the waterfall showers were wonderfully warm. We found the large walk-in shower with double waterfall shower in the basement particularly special and ideal. The sauna was absolutely fantastic. The lighting changes color. So romantic. After a pleasant sauna, you can also shower together. We have never seen this in a vacation home. Really unique! The large living room and kitchen are amazing. A comfortable couch, large dining table, very luxurious kitchen with even a wine cooler. The WIFI was fast. A big plus. A ski storage hut and ski boot dryer were also included. In the hallway, we could store our jackets, shoes, helmets, and gloves in a trendy wardrobe wall. We want that at home too! We are totally excited and will definitely come back. In short, highly recommended!
