A great time in Denia ?????

The apartment is very nicely furnished.
The outdoor area with pool and covered seating and lounging options is great and very well maintained.
It is very quiet and ideal for couples and families with 2 small children.
The service is always reachable, speaks German, and takes care of the pool and outdoor area once a week.
This apartment has a great price-performance ratio.

Super vacation!!!

We have now spent a wonderful vacation for the 5th time. Top support from Ute, Ralf, and Peter! Everyone was always approachable and assisted us with all our questions. Thank you again for that :) :). The apartment is very well and practically equipped. The beds are very comfortable, and the well-functioning air conditioning was helpful in the high temperatures. The pool and the outdoor area are very well maintained. One can see that Ute and Ralf are very dedicated to keeping the facility in very good condition!! We will definitely come back... Beautiful vacation with great hosts

Very beautiful apartment in a dream location directly at Montgó, with a view of the sea and the mountain range. The apartment is very well equipped, very well maintained, and has everything you need.
We were received very nicely and warmly by the hosts Ute and Ralf. They were always very helpful and totally friendly with any questions. Simply put: ?? Really great people! ?? In the outdoor area, the large pool and the beautifully landscaped garden invite relaxation and comfort. A very good starting point for trips to the beach and a large part of the coast. We were very lucky that the apartment was free for another week after our original vacation ended. So we could extend our stay. Thank you both for our wonderful vacation in Denia. We definitely want to come back.

For the sixth time in a row

The holiday apartment is directly on the mountain of Denia with a great view of the sea and the breathtaking view of the rock mountain surrounded by palm trees. A well-maintained complex with a large pool, many lounging areas directly under palm trees in the private garden. The apartment offers enough space for the three of us and is fully equipped and even has a washing machine. Since there are also enough towels available, you save on luggage. One can completely relax and has peace, and for action, one goes to the restaurants on the mountain, to the beach, or into the city center. The landlords are absolutely helpful, warm, and if you don't love them as much as we do, it's hardly noticeable. So basically a holiday home at the price of a holiday apartment. We have, of course, booked again for 2026. It feels like coming home.

We are 44, 42, and 10 years old.

We had a wonderful time in the apartment in Denia.

My wife Anke, our little dog Abbi, and I had a wonderful vacation at the house of the Penkert family. We are an older couple from the north of Germany. We were very kindly welcomed by the Penkert couple upon our arrival. Everything was shown to us in detail. As a small welcome gift, there was a bottle of sparkling wine and some cans of Spanish beer in the apartment. Thank you very much for this. During the entire time, we received personal assistance at all times, and the Penkerts were always there to help us with advice and support. We also received many helpful tips for excursion destinations and restaurants. The accommodation is very nice, lacking nothing. A unique location with sea view. In front of the apartment is a beautiful pool, which was filtered daily and cleaned once a week by a professional. Everything was available in the kitchen. There was nothing lacking in the whole apartment.
We had a great time. Dear Penkert family, thank you very much for the wonderful time with you.

Magnificent villa with pool located in a quiet residence for truly relaxing and spending good times around Denia with a view of the mountains. We were welcomed by Béatrice, who was super nice and always available for any information we needed. The villa was perfect, clean, and fully equipped with all the useful accessories. We really recommend this accommodation. Cleanliness 100%.

Absolutely recommendable, a warm welcome and a fantastic location

We were warmly welcomed by Ute and Ralf and it continued like this! Excursion and restaurant tips were great! The pool and outdoor area were absolutely inviting. We made extensive use of a wonderfully designed shaded terrace. Ute and Ralf were available and approachable for questions and help 24/7. We had a flat tire and for Ralf it was no problem at all to drive with us to the workshop early in the morning and take us there again after the repair. We can only confirm the previous reviews. When we left, we forgot to hand in the key. We sent it by post. Again, there was no blame, just absolute understanding and friendliness! We can absolutely recommend the apartment with the outdoor area and the warm-hearted landlords!! We would book here again immediately!!

Very nice accommodation

We spent a week at Casa Montymar. The house is beautifully located with views of the Montgo mountain and the sea on the other side.
The apartment was very nice, sufficiently large and practical. The pool is well-maintained and beautifully designed. Unfortunately, it was still too cold in March to swim in it.
The communication with the landlords was very pleasant.
I can only recommend this accommodation.

Great holiday flat

A very nice, well-equipped holiday flat. With a very nice landlord.
Very nice, quiet outdoor area with pool.
Only the mattress of the big bed is rather uncomfortable.
Otherwise top! We would like to come back again!

Dream accommodation away from the hustle and bustle

As a family with 2 children (11 and 14 years old), we spent a week in the Casa Montymar apartment and really enjoyed our time there. The apartment is lovingly decorated with everything you need. The beautiful garden with the pool was extensively used in the evenings after our activities. We greatly appreciated that we could swim properly in terms of size and water depth. The contact with the landlord and the administration was very nice and pleasant. Montymar was an ideal starting point for excursions in the area. If our paths lead us to Denia again, we would like to stay there again.

Absolutely recommended!

If you're looking for that certain something, this is the right place for you. Quietly located at the end of the road, right by Montgo, we found a lovingly furnished apartment. Colorful and typical of the country, with direct access to the pool. What more could you want? However, a vehicle is necessary for the approach. This way, you can reach the nearby shopping facilities in just a few minutes. The contact with the landlord was also very pleasant. The entire facility is very well-maintained, and the pool is regularly cleaned by an extremely friendly gentleman. We had a very relaxing time and will definitely come back.

Schönes Apartment

The house is located peacefully on the slope of Montgo. The apartment is on the lower part of the house, from where you can reach the pool in a few steps. The apartment itself is nicely furnished, and you can spend a wonderful holiday there with 4 people. The price is really acceptable.

Super Urlaub

We had a great holiday. Since we went with the whole family, we booked both apartments (both with fridge/freezer). The house is nicely furnished. It has a large pool and a spacious garden with various seating areas. More cushions for the existing loungers would be great.
The location is wonderful with a direct view of Montgó and the sea. Not far from the house, there are shopping facilities that are quickly reachable by car. The contact with the landlord and property manager is very pleasant. All questions are answered promptly. The whole family had a great holiday.
