The holiday home approx. 120 sqm is located directly on the Achterwasser and was completely modernised in 2011. Ideal for a family holiday with children. The garden is 1000 sqm with terrace at the house, parking space, barbecue possibility,
3 older bicycles are available.
Rental bed linen and towels are provided for a one-time fee of 12,00 € per person. If you bring your own bed linen and towels, this fee is waived.
If desired, a small fishing boat can be rented from the neighbour. it is a 3-minute walk to the small bathing beach on the Achterwasser and a 15-minute drive to the Baltic Sea beach in the seaside resort of Bansin. Popular excursion destinations are the Ostseetherme in Ahlbeck, the moated castle in Mellentin, the harbour town of Swinemünde on the Polish side of the island.

It was a nice relaxing family holiday
It was an all-round successful holiday for our family. The house was equipped with everything that makes a family's holiday very easy and pleasant. All rooms were equipped with TVs, which the children loved. The two bikes were used diligently and the sunset at the bathing area on the Achterwasser was spectacular every time. The house and the grounds were clean, the bread service excellent, the manager friendly. We were also met with friendliness in the village. The children could let off steam here. The daily awakening and flight of the bats will remain an unforgettable experience. Many thanks to those who have equipped everything so practically and extremely well. However, I would advise you to point out in the description that the holiday home is only recommended to a limited extent for elderly or disabled people due to the spiral staircase to the upper floor.
