Dear Angelika, dear Ernst, dear Diana, dear Christian,

i remembered late today that I hadn't written an entry in the guest book. but we spent a lot of time together today and told each other stories. That is worth much more to us than an entry in the guest book. ?
But I can't and don't want to miss the opportunity to write another review here. ✍
This year was the 9th time we stayed with you and, as always, it was really nice. This year we also did things that we hadn't done before. There is always something to do with you and in the area. Next year it will be proooost?? because it will be the ?. time we come to you. We will come to you for the first time
Everything is just right for the three of us. The accommodation with its fenced garden, the surroundings and "YOU". When we come to you, it is as if we were coming to our second home. ?

good relaxation in Warngau

We were at Haus Bergblick for the first time (4 adults, 1 child, 1 dog) and felt comfortable from the beginning. The Deuschle family welcomed us warmly and was always there for us when we had questions or needed advice.
The house is well equipped and has a beautiful large and fenced garden with a swing, so it is perfect for children and dogs.
The location of the house is unique for excursions. Mittenwald with the Leutasch Gorge, Wallberg, and the Blombergbahn (Germany's longest summer toboggan run) are recommended, among others!
The bakery is around the corner and there is an Edeka supermarket with a beverage market and a butcher in town.
The house is definitely recommended and we will definitely come back.

Summer vacation

The house is located in a beautiful, quiet location. It was super clean and well maintained. Everything is available. The landlord is very friendly and helpful. They were able to give us many tips for trips. Within a radius of 20 km, there are many beautiful destinations. We can only recommend it.

Mountains and more

We spent three wonderful weeks in your holiday home. We were lovingly and more than kindly welcomed. After a short time, we no longer felt like guests, but rather like family. You not only have a heart for people, but also for animals. Our dog (Maya) found a true dog paradise here and was spoiled with attention and treats from all sides. The whole property is completely fenced in. The dog was allowed to go everywhere without supervision. You provided us with so many tips and advice for excursions and sightseeing that three weeks were not enough to implement everything. You invited us to a barbecue. We were able to enjoy a great sightseeing flight over the mountains and much more. We really liked your holiday home. It was well maintained and everything a holidaymaker needs was there. We have already told you several times on site. Of all the houses we have stayed in over the years, you are at the top of the list.

a dreamy beautiful, peaceful, eventful vacation!!!!

Our vacation in this house was beautiful: The weather was wonderful, almost always very hot, but still good sleep at night! From here, we were able to make many excursions, visit many lakes (Schliersee, Tegernsee, etc.) and explore many beautiful hiking trails through forests and meadows... and Munich was also easily accessible... and above all, we visited the "Fürstenhof" in Vagen... a wonderful experience!!! I would recommend it to everyone... to spend a few days here in this beautiful Upper Bavarian Warngau with the Deuschle family! ! ! ! ! ! !

Dream vacation for humans & dogs

This year, we went on a hiking vacation for the first time with our dogs. It was a dream come true for both our two dogs (8-year-old Labrador female & 9 1/2-year-old Golden Retriever male) and us. Every day, we had the opportunity to go hiking, hiking, hiking, try the summer toboggan run, visit Bad Tölz, Dachau, Munich-City, and the Allianz Arena. The best part is, we still haven't seen everything. This vacation is perfect, especially for dogs that love water. There are some great hiking trails that you can walk along the water or even through the water, or lakes where dogs can swim. The hiking trails are also suitable for humans and dogs even in high heat because there is a wide selection of shady hiking paths.

The holiday home provides plenty of information for leisure activities. The garden is large and fenced in, ideal for dog owners. The furnishings provide everything you need for everyday life and more. Shopping facilities (a small grocery store, beverage market, bakery, butcher, and kiosk) are easily reachable on foot in the village, as well as the train station in the village. Munich is best reached by train or in 20 minutes by car. Nearby, in another town, there is also the opportunity to shop in various discount stores. These are located very close to each other.

It was so beautiful for us!!! While the whole of Germany had bad weather, we had nine days of pure sunshine out of ten days!!! We know that it was lucky and hope that we can spend such beautiful days again next year during our current booked vacation!
