Description
Exclusive unpaired house in a very quiet area , located directly at the bottom of the hill Taubenberg. The holiday house was redecorated and furnished. The house is placed on a 750 square metre ground. On 165 square metre living space you find 3 bedrooms, 2 bath rooms, one rustic kitchen including a homely dinette. Additional you find in the ground floor a noble living room equipped with a cockle stove and the entry to the great terrace which is orientated to the south. For relaxing you can use the own wellness area with sauna and whirlpool.
Due to the central location you can do beside hiking in the mountains and visiting the upper Bavarian lakes also traveling very easy to the Bavarian capital Munich.
It`s a pleasure to support you by planning your trips. Enjoy this very nice area while hiking and cycling.

Location and surroundings of object
The holiday house is located in a small village close to the hill Taubenberg. In Warngau you find a bakery and some small shops for the day live. Holzkirchen with the infrastructure of a provincial town is some minutes away by car. Osterwarngau is 10 km in the North of the Tegernsee. The town Osterwarngau is part of the commune Warngau, the gate to the Tegernsee valley. Munich is reachable in 20 Minutes by car. For visiting the October beer festival we recommend to go by train.
Experience the Bavarian tradition while visiting the local events like setting up the maypole, town festival, Leonhardi horse riding and schnabler sledge race or just visit one of the numerous lake festivals.
In the winter time the skiing region Spitzingsee and Sudelfeld are just 30 minutes away by car. With the first snow you can also use the cross country skiing run around Warngau.

Cancellation terms:
- You will get the 30% deposit back minus the cancellation fee if the house can be rented to someone else during the reserved period. If a rental is not possible, the deposit will be retained. If canceled less than 7 days before check-in, 80% of the booking value is due.

Great holiday home
It was a great holiday home, nice to walk with dogs, you can walk very well. It was a pity that we could not use the wellness oasis.

A week of dreamlike relaxation
The holiday home can be recommended without reservation. The furnishings are perfect, the wellness area is absolutely amazing. The quiet location of the house is top. The landlords are very nice, friendly and helpful. The only suggestion for improvement would be a new barbecue with a fireplace for the charcoals. But that is complaining on a high level. The area around the lakes is beautiful and offers a lot of variety.

Simply perfect
We have had many years of holiday home experience, but this one was awesome. Plenty of space, quiet location, a well-equipped kitchen (enough dishes, pots and pans, everything), a mega wellness area and super nice hosts who are always available
The location is quiet, but still central. Excursions in all directions are possible.
I can only recommend booking the wellness area.

Beautiful hiking week
The house is in top condition. From Warngau, Tegernsee, Schliersee and Spitzingsee are easy to reach.
The tips from Mr. Gurland including the information folder on the surrounding area was very helpful. Since one week was too short to see everything, we decided to book again for next year.

PERFECT
We were guests in this great house in mid-March. From the warm welcome of the sympathetic landlord to the equipment of the house, EVERYTHING WAS GREAT. Nothing is missing and the wellness area is amazing. The central location was a good starting point for our excursions. We felt very very comfortable and the week passed by far too quickly. We will come back again.

Top holiday home
The holiday home is above average in all respects. It is in a pleasantly quiet location. Thanks to the convenient connection to the main road and the BOB, the beautiful hiking areas near the two lakes are easily accessible. Thanks to the great wellness area, we recovered very well and enjoyed the time with our friends. We will gladly come back again if possible.

Very nice holiday destination for holidays with dog
We had a lovely time in this beautiful holiday home and really enjoyed our holiday!
The house is located in a beautiful region and after a few steps you are directly in the forest . Ideal for a holiday with a dog.
The equipment of the house leaves nothing to be desired and is of high quality and very well maintained.
The landlords are very attentive and friendly.
We will definitely come back and are already looking forward to it !!!!

Great accommodation!
A very nice, spacious house. Everything you need for your daily needs is there. Of course, the wellness area is unbeatable, which we used very often because the weather was not so kind to us. We have never experienced such heavy snowfall at the end of April. So it was even nicer to relax in the wellness area after hikes in rain and snow. Our dogs also had fun. Unfortunately, we were not able to use the outdoor area due to the weather, so we can't give a meaningful evaluation, except that the garden is very well maintained, but not completely closed for adventurous dogs.

Perfect !
We spent a wonderful, relaxing holiday week in the great and well-equipped holiday home
We felt at home in the holiday home from the moment we entered it until we left. Everything is in a very good and absolutely clean condition without any defects.
The kitchen is perfectly equipped and lacks nothing.
You should definitely book the wellness oasis, especially in autumn and winter with the long evenings.
We were able to make good use of the beautiful sunny terrace even at the end of September.
The house and property are well suited for visitors with dogs, but these four-legged friends should not be too freedom-loving and should accept the existing enclosure.
The holiday home is in an absolutely quiet location in. With the windows open, the only sounds we could hear at night were the church bells and the soft tinkling of the cow bells.
We would like to thank the Gurland family for a wonderful week's holiday in their holiday home and would recommend it without reservation.

Super Urlaub
Vermieter sehr nett, hilfsbereit, geben gute Tipps für Wanderungen und Ausflüge. Haus war sehr sauber, Ausstattung super, vor allem der Wellnessbereich.
Unsere beiden Hunde haben sich auch sehr wohl gefühlt. Schöner großer Garten auch dieser war gut mit Liegen und Sitzmöglichkeiten ausgestattet.

Erholung pur!
Ein tolles Haus mit super schöner Ausstattung im ländlichen Stil. Sehr gemütlich, ruhig aber dennoch kann man mit dem Auto alles schnell erreichen.
Der Wellnes Bereich ist grandios, die Bilder im Internet werden ihm nicht gerecht.
Man kommt in das Haus rein und fühlt sich sofort wohl und wie zuhause.
Ganz besonders schön können wir uns das Haus im Frühling, Sommer und Herbst vorstellen, denn der Garten/Terrassenbereich ist auch sehr schön und grosszügig angelegt. (leider nicht komplett eingezäunt, was schwierig ist mit Hund).
Fazit ist aber, wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und dann eher im Herbst, wo man ganz schöne Wanderungen gleich direkt vom Haus weg machen kann!!!!!!
Noch eine Ergänzung, das Haus ist trotz Stufen auf jeden Fall geeignet für Senioren und auch für leicht gehbehinderte.

Ferienhaus mit gehobener Ausstattung
Der Flair des Ferienhauses macht eindeutig der Wellnessbereich aus. Dieser Bereich lässt keine Wünsche offen und die dadurch entstehenden Nebenkosten halten sich im Rahmen. Bei täglicher Benutzung hatten wir 56,00€/Woche an Nebenkosten. Aber auch die anderen Räume waren hochwertig ausgestattet und sauber.
Dieses Ferienhaus kann man nur weiter empfehlen.

Tolles Ferienhaus!
Vom sehr netten Vermieterehepaar, über Sauberkeit, Ausstattung, Freizeit und Gastronomieangebote, Lage, Erholungsqualität bis hin zur Wellness-Oase - alles einwandfrei!
Hervorheben muss man einfach die Wellness-Oase, die sehr speziell und exklusiv ausgestattet ist.
Auch die Lage des Hauses ist als Ausgangspunkt für Aktivitäten aller Art prima geeignet.
Wir haben uns super erholt und kommen mit Sicherheit wieder!
