Description
This comfortable villa for 6 people is located in Kosinožići, only 3.5 km from the town of Poreč.
The relatively new house is equipped with modern furniture. With a total area of 120 m², it provides enough space for 6 people. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator (freezer), oven, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, and a spacious living/dining room with a table for six people, a large seating set, SAT TV, DVD player, Hi-Fi, and of course a bathroom with shower cabin and WC. On the first floor there are three bedrooms, two have double beds, and the third has two single beds. There is also a spacious bathroom on this floor with a walk-in shower and a toilet. The house is equipped with air conditioning, central heating, and Wi-Fi.
There is a beautiful pool, a large terrace, and secure parking in the private yard (up to three cars).
A baby cot is available on request and is charged extra. Smoking is not allowed in the house. A safe for valuables is available. Although there is access to public transport, a car is recommended. In July and August, the minimum rental period is seven days.
There are many hiking trails nearby, and there is also a large area for visiting vineyards (or cycling). Numerous water sports are offered in Poreč. Supermarkets (Lidl, Kaufland, Plodine, Eurospin) are 3.5 km away. Beaches are about 4.5 km away.

Great vacation house
The holiday home is equipped with everything, very clean and well-maintained. The contact with the landlords was always possible and super friendly.
Everything can be reached within 10 minutes by car. Beach, city, supermarket, restaurants. The only deduction for the location is because we couldn't reach a market on foot.
Many thanks to the O. family. We definitely recommend the accommodation and would love to come back.

Beautiful holiday home!
Very nice holiday home! The equipment is very modern. Also, the distance to Porec was short. The landlords are very nice and always available. We want to book again next year.

Fulfills all expectations
The villa and the hosts leave nothing to be desired. What you find is exactly what the pictures promise. Clean, modern furnishings, top kitchen, and pool. The air conditioning throughout the house made the hot summer bearable. We can only recommend it. Even our little dog was welcomed warmly. So, it's worth asking :-)

Wunderschöne Finca
We rented the finca with a total of 2 couples (24 and 25 years old) and are very impressed. The finca is beautiful with a huge new kitchen, a beautiful, modern bathroom, a smaller bathroom, and lovely bedrooms. The pool is larger than expected and more than adequate. The location is very quiet, providing peace and tranquility, yet supermarkets and the city center of Porec can be reached within minutes. The contact with Mrs. Ostegra was very nice and everything went smoothly. We can recommend the Finca with a clear conscience and if we go on vacation to Croatia again, we will definitely book this accommodation again.
