Description
This comfortable villa for 6 persons is located in the place Kosinožići, 3,5 km away from Poreč. The house is newly built and furnished with modern furniture. Located on an own peace of land, the Villa Nina to its guests offers a swimming pool, a spacious terrace and parking places for three cars.
Villa for 6 persons with in total 120 m2. At the ground floor there's a completely equipped kitchen with a dining-livingroom with table for 6 people, one big couch, Satellite TV (46˝) and shower/toilet. At the first floor there is a three bedrooms and shower/toilet.
The area has many hiking and biking trails, wine trails and Poreč offers many sporting activities at sea.

Poreč is town in Istria, located on the western coast of Istria. Town Poreč is old about 2000 years. It is well protected by the small island St. Nikolas. It is close to Italy so many tourists from Italy choose it as its holiday choice. Porec is well connected by the roads, so it is easy to access it.
Population of Porec is about 10500, but the whole Porec district has about 20000 inhabitants. Porec region covers about 137 m2, and seaside is long 37 kilometers.
Climate is very mild, without summer swelters as moisture is low. The hottest month in a year is August, with an average temperature of 30 degrees Celsius, and the coldest month is January with an average temperature of 5 degrees Celsius. The town has more than 3850 sunny hours in a year, which means that during the summer there is about 10 sunny hours per day on the average. Temperature of the sea during summer could be even 28 degrees Celsius. During the winter often blows bura, a cold wind from the north, which brings sunny whether and coldness.
Poreč has history in tourism from 19th century. The oldest hotel in Porec was built in the year 1910, and after that was built numerous hotels which are there today.
It is possible to play many sports in Porec, even in town or at the beach.
In Porec tourist can see many sights. Some of them are Church of our Lady of Angels, Euphrasian Basilica, few Gothic palaces and old houses from time of Roman, just like many other very interesting sights which dates from historical time.

Great vacation house
The holiday home is equipped with everything, very clean and well-maintained. The contact with the landlords was always possible and super friendly.
Everything can be reached within 10 minutes by car. Beach, city, supermarket, restaurants. The only deduction for the location is because we couldn't reach a market on foot.
Many thanks to the O. family. We definitely recommend the accommodation and would love to come back.

Beautiful holiday home!
Very nice holiday home! The equipment is very modern. Also, the distance to Porec was short. The landlords are very nice and always available. We want to book again next year.

Fulfills all expectations
The villa and the hosts leave nothing to be desired. What you find is exactly what the pictures promise. Clean, modern furnishings, top kitchen, and pool. The air conditioning throughout the house made the hot summer bearable. We can only recommend it. Even our little dog was welcomed warmly. So, it's worth asking :-)

Wunderschöne Finca
We rented the finca with a total of 2 couples (24 and 25 years old) and are very impressed. The finca is beautiful with a huge new kitchen, a beautiful, modern bathroom, a smaller bathroom, and lovely bedrooms. The pool is larger than expected and more than adequate. The location is very quiet, providing peace and tranquility, yet supermarkets and the city center of Porec can be reached within minutes. The contact with Mrs. Ostegra was very nice and everything went smoothly. We can recommend the Finca with a clear conscience and if we go on vacation to Croatia again, we will definitely book this accommodation again.
