Luxury Key West Seevilla with a huge pool and unforgettable sunsets over the lake in SW Cape Coral
The property is located on a beautiful lake (Lake Finisterre) in south-western Cape Coral. Access to the Gulf by boat is easy and quick, if you are unlocked in the Gulf.
The Seevilla Happy Diamond is a mix of styles between Key West - and Long Island style - light and friendly.
The villa can be occupied by a maximum of 6 people.
There are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Exclusive thing is that the house has 2 large master suites, each with large master baths. In addition, there is a bedroom with separate bathroom sizes.
The living room with kitchen, dining room and living room is spacious, open and bright. An attached, separate room is used as a small office and retreat.
The whole house is fully air-conditioned and can be optionally heated by the plant.
On the large terrace covered by a screen (as usual in Florida) a large "Endless" Pool with a negative flank, allowing a water overflow towards the lake, which acts as the pool lake combines. Here you can enjoy the most beautiful sunsets - every night different and impressive. There is also a spa (hot tub) and a sun terrace in the water. The pool water is kept free of bacteria by a new method. The water is added to a very skin and eye-friendly salt that naturally keeps the pool clean (no irritated eyes, no salty taste, no skin irritation and no faded clothes).
The pool is electrically heated.

Cape Coral is located in southwest Florida on the Gulf of Mexico. Ft Myers International Airport is about 30 minutes away.
The villa is located in southwestern Cape Coral, right on the lake "Lake Finisterre" on a quiet beautiful street, with a nice neighbourhood.
This beautiful and quiet location is very central. It takes only a few minutes to the nearest supermarket, the many restaurants or to the beach.
At Happy Diamond, your holiday will be an unforgettable memory. No matter what and how much you want to do, the possibilities for recreation are almost endless. They have great shops with many low-priced outlet shops and shopping centres, plenty of sports facilities, really nice golf courses, you can explore the islands of South-West Florida by boat, you can then go directly to the Happy Diamond and make it on our own boat deck , You will find the beautiful beaches, and of course Florida is also known for its exceptionally attractive recreational parks. If you want to relax, the Happy Diamond is the perfect place. The Endless Pool Lakeside will make you feel completely at ease.

Beautiful stay at Happy Diamond
We, 2 couples, were at Happy Diamond for 2 weeks in March 2025. Everything went smoothly and promptly during the booking. Upon arrival, we immediately felt at home. We were overwhelmed by the decor and amenities of the very beautiful house, which left no wishes unfulfilled for us. The outstanding cleanliness throughout the property is particularly noteworthy. The location is very quiet, and it is very relaxing to unwind with a wonderful view of the pool, hot tub, palm trees, and the water right in front of the house. The guest service from Anja, who speaks German, was also excellent. A helpful answer came promptly to every question. If something was missing, it was already there the next day. We also really liked the personal introduction to the house. We recovered well, would book the accommodation again anytime if we stay in this region, and can recommend the house without reservation.

Full marks with a star.
Finally one is seated in the too tight plane, hoping that the luggage arrives complete and undamaged, hoping that the Hertz rental car is good - and hoping that the house one has rented at least roughly corresponds to the impression one had when selecting it...
The Happy Diamond is located in the southwest of Cape Coral: a rather good location in God's waiting room. It is quiet, there are shops somehow in the vicinity, but that doesn't matter much in this small town, because life here is not possible without a car. The neighborhood is quiet, well-kept, and upscale. There are many small rabbits that scurry across the street in the evenings when you return to the domicile in the dark, and little owls guard their brood on unused lots.
The photos lied! The house is more beautiful in real life than depicted, and above all, it looks much more spacious on site. Therefore, we were really happy when we entered and inspected the house. Thanks to the good description beforehand, we found our way around immediately - and felt comfortable. Each of the three bedrooms has its own bathroom and a walk-in closet. One of the rooms is more of a children's room.
In the house, you will find everything you need. The furniture is high quality and tastefully put together. One quickly understands that the owners frequently use their villa themselves.
The mattresses are amazing! You sleep like on a cloud.
However, the main attraction is the terrace and pool area. There are plenty of loungers, a large dining table, and the perfect infinity pool. Nicely heated, the shape and size suitable for swimming, and the hot tub provides the perfect end to a day in the evening.
The pontoon, or extended dock, on Finisterre Lake is great for having a coffee in the morning and looking into the distance - if you have applied mosquito repellent beforehand!
The hosts are easily accessible and very likable.

Dream vacation in Villa Happy Diamond in Cape Coral
Arrival at the airport - Fort Myers - pick up the rental car - Here we go: Already when searching for the house number on 10th Avenue, one hopes: ". . . hopefully that's IT. . . "and it was. This is exactly how we imagined our dream house. A stylishly furnished villa where each room has its own individual touch. Each of the three double rooms has its own bathroom. The house is flooded with daylight and the large kitchen leaves nothing to be desired when cooking. The establishment is very well maintained, clean, and corresponds to a modern new standard. The veranda in front of the house offers fantastic sunrises in the morning hours, which can be enjoyed in sunny tranquility with a cup of hot coffee. Since life - other than during the nighttime rest hours - mostly takes place outdoors, we made ample use of the wonderful terrace, the dreamlike pool, the jetty on the lake, the many lovingly designed seating areas, and the Jacuzzi. A special highlight is the sunset every evening and the pool illuminated in fantastic colors at night. We will definitely come back and are already looking forward to another unforgettable stay in Cape Coral at the "Happy Diamond" villa.

Dream house in a dream location
We were two people staying at Happy Diamond for two weeks and can highly recommend the house. No wishes were left unfulfilled, both in terms of organization by Mrs. Dreher and the on-site manager, as well as the location directly on the lake. The interior design is very tasteful, a nice change from the usual (not meant negatively) American "furnishing sameness". We are in Florida every year and have rented many houses, we will definitely return to this one.
If only the Mustang were included now... -))

Absolutely Dreamy House in a Fantastic Location
The door opened, and the WOW effect set in immediately. A very large, open, beautiful kitchen and various seating options for inside and outside give you the freedom to decide where to enjoy your cold drink or delicious meals. Especially in the morning, it is recommended to enjoy the sunrise from the small veranda in front of the office with a coffee. We were outdoors 90% of the time and played music through the outdoor sound system. There is truly nothing lacking, and you feel comfortable right away. The beds are very comfortable, and thanks to the individually adjustable air conditioning, everyone can cool down their bedroom as they like. The pool area is spacious enough, and there are enough loungers for everyone. Those who enjoy full sun exposure can head to the sweet boat deck and sunbathe. The view is wonderful, and we even had the luck to spot two dolphins in the lake on the first day. Otherwise, you can also philosophize about the "jumping fish" very well on the boat deck, and the sunsets, which improve from day to day, are simply fantastic from the boat deck as well as from the pool area!
In general, you can stay very well in the house without getting bored. Due to the beautiful, quiet, and yet central location, you can quickly reach everything by car. Furthermore, everything is impeccably clean, and communication with the Dreher family was problem-free from start to finish. Everything here is handled very professionally, and every question is answered. The only thing to criticize was the short duration of the trip that my friends and I chose. The next stay will definitely be longer, and I can recommend to everyone to let their soul unwind at least once at Happy Diamond!
