Pure relaxation

We were here at the beginning of July with our 17-year-old son and especially enjoyed the relaxing peace in this well-maintained park area. Sleeping in until 10 a.m. is no problem; it is really quiet here. Reaching the free tennis court in one minute and the beach in 10 minutes on foot is a nice luxury. All the information about the house and garden is well described and visible; everything was as it should be here. For this price-performance ratio, one usually has to search with a magnifying glass in Noordholland in summer. We gladly recommend this house further.
PS: theoretically, one can also arrive here by bus and train; the bus stop is only 200m from the park entrance. Unlike in Germany, trains and buses in the Netherlands run reliably and are very well scheduled regularly.

Feeling good guaranteed

We were in the bungalow with a second family. Two bathrooms ensured that we didn't have to coordinate in the morning. The furnishings of the bungalow are top-notch: Everything is there, a coffee machine for ground coffee, one for pads, induction stove like at home. You can enjoy the time on the terrace, in the winter garden, or on the bench in front of the house. We happily used the grill in the garden. The bungalow park is quiet and very well-maintained, two supermarkets are nearby. The location of the apartment guarantees that one can take nice bike trips. By car, you can also quickly reach Alkmaar, Haarlem, or Amsterdam. We felt comfortable and can recommend House Küstensonne without reservation.

Relaxed vacation

First of all, we came and stayed ?. Thank you very much for the two fresh flower bouquets that greeted us upon our arrival. The house has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. We especially liked the large garden with the beautiful terrace. The furnishings are a bit dated, but everything is fully functional. Our dog enjoyed the garden just as much as we did, and the garden loungers were very comfortable. The bungalow complex is very quiet and the beach is not far away.

Great vacation

We stayed at your house in August 2023. It was only 11 days and we found it too short, but it was very nice. Our dog also enjoyed it very much, he was completely relaxed. Everything was there that we needed. Beautiful garden. Dog-proof, great conservatory, excellent furnishings. And everything was super clean, thank you very much, we would love to come back.

Pure well-being

We felt very comfortable in the Küstensonne house! It was clean, very well furnished and you take your own bed linen and hand/shower towels with you. Our little dog was also thrilled. We also found the contact with the Steinhoff family very good, always approachable. We came back very well refreshed. A great addition would have been a lounger in the garden.... after long walks. But even without it we felt quite comfortable.

Two wonderful weeks spent here.

I have been spending my holidays in Sint Maartenszee for 20 years. This year, for the first time, we were guests at House Coastal Sun
What can I say? It was very nice, we felt at home right away. The house is lovingly furnished and the high fenced garden with the covered shed deserves a plus point.
In terms of cleanliness, we were positively surprised (we have actually experienced this differently, but my critical eye had absolutely nothing to complain about - praise to the cleaners at this point)
Our highlight was the winter garden with the fireplace where we could end the day.
We love the Dutch province and especially the quiet and uncrowded area in Sint Maartenszee. We enjoyed the long walks through the dunes and along the beach. As we deliberately always travel away from the holiday periods, we had absolute peace and quiet and the beach was also empty of people so that our two four-legged friends could let off steam.
Dear family Steinhoff we thank you for this great holiday :)

Already very pleasant contact with the Steinhoff family to get various questions answered. The holiday home is beautifully located, and it is not far to the dunes/sea. Furthermore, we found the outdoor area more than great for our 2 dogs, they really enjoyed it. Of course, the high fence, which is often sought in vain, is worth mentioning!
