Description
Our stone bungalow is located in the quiet park Wildrijk, about 1000 meters from the sea, behind the beautiful dune area. In our bungalow you will find two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a guest toilet with sink and toilet, a fully equipped kitchen, living room, conservatory with dining area. A beautiful front garden, almost not visible, to one side with an approximately 160 cm high fence demarcated to the other side with an approximately 170 cm high hedge. The back garden, at the terrace is not visible and fenced all around with a 180 cm high fence. This also continues inside the 4 meter high hedge. The orientation of the back garden is south-west, the front garden is north-east. So you can always find a sunny and a shady spot, depending on what our guests feel like.

Bungalowpark Wildrijk is located in the beautiful village of Sint Maartenzee, between Callantsoog and Petten, 100m in front of the beautiful dune landscape. Through this dune landscape it is about 1,000m to the sea. Here you will find the kilometer long sandy beach with two beach bars. About 300 meters inland you will find the charming forest Wildrijk, which invites you for a nice walk. At the nearby campsite you will find a small supermarket and a bicycle rental. The nearest supermarket is in Callantsoog, about 6km away, as well as a small shopping area. In the immediate vicinity, you will find three restaurants and a snack bar.

Pure relaxation
After booking the holiday home at fairly short notice, we received the travel documents with all the necessary information very promptly. The information about the house and the surroundings is so comprehensive that there were no major questions. Upon arrival at the house, we immediately felt comfortable. We found everything as described. Nothing was missing. The house is a oasis of well-being and invites you to relax. It has a great location, you are quickly at the beach, can quickly reach Texel, but also the other cities/places like Amsterdam, Alkmar, Den Helder, Bergen, Schoorl... Our two dogs also felt comfortable right away. The four of us say thank you for the lovely time, for the treats, and we will definitely come back. Dream holiday on the Dutch North Sea!
We had an absolutely wonderful week here! The holiday home is equipped with everything you need and lovingly decorated. The beds were a dream, we slept wonderfully. The back garden is securely fenced in and even opaque, the dogs were happy there. The holiday park is really quiet, at least in early March. The landscape here is magnificent, with miles of sandy beaches, great forests, and dunes. The ferry to Texel is practically at the doorstep! Dogs are allowed almost everywhere, just check beforehand at nature reserves and zoos. Contact with the landlady was always great and super nice!
Absolutely recommended, we will come back! Thank you for a wonderful holiday!

Holiday in Holland with dog
Very spacious, well-equipped and well-maintained holiday home. It was nice for us dog owners and dogs that the garden was fenced. It was only a few minutes to the dunes. Then from there about 15 minutes to the sea. We were able to hike by the sea to Petten on foot (nice little village with shopping possibilities) and back through the dunes. Nice circular route of about 9 km. But there are also buses for the return journey. We were unfortunately not allowed to visit a nearby nature reserve (Zwanenwater) with our dog :-( But there is something similar in Egmond aan Zee, where dogs are allowed on a leash. We had wonderful, relaxed holiday days in the house and can highly recommend it!!!!

Great holiday house
A great house, very lovingly furnished. Everything available in sufficient quantities. Perfect for our dogs because of the fenced property. The location is perfect for excursions. The beach and the sea are not far away. Ramona and Stephan are two great and lovable hosts. We had an emergency situation at the end of our vacation and the two of them helped and supported us very much. Thank you so much again to both of you. We will definitely come back.

Single with 3 dogs
I was warmly welcomed alone with three dogs. The organization was very good. The information in advance left no questions unanswered. The house is very nice and very well equipped. The location is great. I would love to spend more vacations with you. Supermarket and restaurants in the vicinity. The path to the beach or through the dunes invites you to take a nice walk.

Beautiful accommodation
A beautiful accommodation with a lot of attention to detail. The small holiday park is very well maintained and the location is perfect. The small garden is really completely fenced and opaque on top of that. We had a great week and will definitely not spend our vacation in this beautiful accommodation for the last time. Dear Ramona is always available for questions and the processing is quick and uncomplicated.

Dream vacation
We had a wonderful holiday for 2 weeks, despite the fluctuating weather, in Sint Maartenszee with our 2 children and dog.
We noticed a small issue upon our arrival, but Frau Forsbach was immediately available and took care of it as quickly as possible. A really very nice contact, great!
The bungalow is well equipped, has everything you need for a holiday, and has sufficient space.
It's very quiet and the garden is well fenced, so our dog had fun as well.
As soon as we go to Holland again, this is our number 1 address.

Beautiful holidays in a beautiful accommodation
Beautiful vacation in a beautiful accommodation "Vakantiehuis Lexi" in Sint Maartenszee. Booking and handling were completely uncomplicated and absolutely friendly. The house itself is clean and absolutely well equipped - everything you need is there. You can tell that the owners are committed to continuously modernizing the house. North Holland is absolutely worth a trip and Vakantiehuis Lexi is on the list if we find ourselves in the area again. Thank you for an overall great time in your house!

Highly recommended.
The house is very cozy and super clean. It is ideally quiet. You can relax, just as you wish on vacation.
The location is great, we didn't really need a car on site. You can walk and bike everywhere. The walk to the beach and the beach itself, it couldn't be more beautiful. Restaurants are also nearby. What more could you want. We will definitely come back.

Why go far away when the good is so close
The vacation home exceeded our expectations and was simply great. It was clean, well-maintained, and very comfortably furnished. We immediately felt at home.
The location of the vacation home was ideal. It was situated in a quiet bungalow park, yet within a few minutes' walk, about 25 with a dog, you could reach the sea. The path led through a beautiful dune landscape. The beach was fantastic and we enjoyed walks and, if the weather allowed, a swim in the sea.
Furthermore, the surrounding area invited exploration.
The equipment of the vacation home left nothing to be desired. The kitchen was equipped with all necessary utensils to prepare meals during our stay. There was also a cozy living area with comfortable sofas. The bedrooms were functional and I slept well.
I would like to highlight the hospitality of the landlords. They were extremely friendly and accommodating. They gave us valuable tips for activities in the area and were available for questions at any time.
All in all, we had a wonderful stay in Holland. I can highly recommend it and would come back immediately (if it weren't booked so often).

Great vacation house
We had a wonderful holiday, the house was the best equipped we have ever had in Holland. We were super excited. The garden was also perfect for humans and dogs. Restful vacation.
everything one's heart desires.
Finally, a house where cutlery and dishes are not counted.
Not only a dream for dogs :-) As a dog owner, it doesn't matter if you open the front door or the terrace door, the four-legged friends cannot escape.
Also, you cannot see into the back garden, which we thought was great.
Washing machine, dryer, oven, microwave, and dishwasher were all there, which was very important for us.
It's a leisurely 20-minute walk to the beach, always beautiful through the dunes!
The contact with the landlady, via email, phone, and then WhatsApp, was great.
Thanks to the certainty that you can immediately consult if there is a problem, is worth a lot!
There are enough chairs and cushions for the garden, and the conservatory has a great large table with comfortable chairs and so on.
Simply beautiful, that's why we have already booked for "2024" :-) Yeah

Great relaxing holiday !!!
The holiday home is situated in a quiet and convenient location.
You can reach the beach after a short walk through the nature reserve (very idyllic). The beach is wide and clean, partly with sections where you can let the dog run without a leash.
The house is very well equipped, clean and very cosy! We didn't want for anything!
Both the front garden and the garden are completely fenced. You can let the children and the dogs play there without worrying.
The contact with the landlords was very friendly from the beginning. Even after our first night we were asked if everything was to our satisfaction. There is a very detailed information folder in the house, which leaves no questions unanswered.
The deposit was paid back very quickly.
The house is definitely to be recommended!!!

All-round care package
We enjoyed our short holiday in the cottage very much. It is very well equipped even with an oven.
Thanks to the landlords, the start was very pleasant (directions, dog beaches and other important places were sent by email). Even a short email enquiry as to whether the start of the holiday had gone well was very obliging.
The small welcome surprise made the dogs and us happy.
All in all a super holiday and landlords who are very concerned about the well-being of the guests. Thank you for that.

Einfach wunderschön!
Liebe Forsbachs, herzlichen Glückwunsch zu Ihrem wunderschönen, sehr liebevoll eingerichteten Ferienhäuschen! Wir und unsere Hunde haben uns von Beginn an richtig wohl gefühlt ? Als Begrüßung stand eine Flasche Sekt auf dem Tisch und Leckerchen für die Hunde ?Alles was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt benötigt, ist im Inventar vorhanden. Eine schöne Aufteilung der Zimmer - sogar ein Wintergarten ist da ? Die Hunde konnten auch mal einfach sicher in den Garten gelassen werden. Selbst unsere winzige 1 kg Hündin kann nicht weglaufen, es ist bis in die kleinste Ecke alles eingezäunt ?? Auch die persönliche Kontaktaufnahme und Buchung verlief super schnell und sehr herzlich. Einfach nur zu empfehlen.. Wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder!!

Anytime again
In a typical Dutch holiday home park, we were very satisfied with our house. It was cosy and sufficiently equipped. There is even an oven! Everything worked perfectly. A question we had on site was answered promptly and was helpful. The house was quiet, although it was on the corner. As the garden is very well enclosed and tight, you are completely on your own
The price-performance ratio was right.
If something was missing, it was only a dirt trap mat in the entrance area ?

Ein super geschmackvoll ausgestattetes Ferienhaus mit allem was man braucht - Waschmaschine, Trockner, separates WC, WLan, 4-Plattenherd, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüler, Thermo-Cafe-Maschine, Kühlschrank, Gefrierschrank, Eierkocher, Toaster, Wasserkocher, Mixer usw., sehr guten Betten, großer gemütlicher Wohnbereich mit TV, BlueRay usw., Klimaanlage und Heizungsautomatik, Wintergarten mit Esstisch, Bücher, Spiele, reichlich Geschirr, Kinderstuhl (Bett auf Wunsch), Garten sehr gemütlich, uneinsehbar, Hundesicher, überdachte Terrasse, bequeme Gartenmöbel, Sonnenschirme, Liegen, Grill und Strandausstattung wie Windschutz, Bollerwagen, Kinderspielzeug, Federballspiel etc. vorhanden. Der Park ist sehr gepflegt und ruhig. Der Strand fußläufig über einen direkten Weg oder einen schönen Dünenpfad zu erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die nächsten Orte auch nur einige wenige Kilometer entfernt. Indoor Spielplatz und Restaurants finden sich auf halbem Weg zum Strand. Strände super schön, sauber und nach einigen Metern recht leer. Strandrestaurants mit gutem Angebot an vielen Abschnitten vorhanden.
Der nächste Urlaub dort ist schon gebucht ☺️

Erholung pur
Schon bevor die Gastgeber auf dieser web-Seite inseriert haben, verbrachten wir schon mehrere Urlaube in diesem Ferienhaus. Jedes Mal waren wir positiv überrascht, wie sich dieses Haus immer wieder verändert. Der Garten wurde neu gestaltet, es wurde renoviert, die Ausstattung (Mobiliar/SAT-Anlage) alles neu. Richtig toll ist auch die neue überdachte Terrasse. Nun kann man auch mal bei Regen draußen sitzen. Super! Man hat auch ausreichend Platz im Haus und im Garten. Wir können diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen und sind im August wieder Gast in diesem Haus.

Ansprechendes Ferienhaus in einem sehr gepflegten Bugalowpark
In diesem Feriendomozil haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist deutlich zu sehen, dass die Besitzer sich darum bemühen das ältere Häuschen mit dem Garten nach und nach zu modernisieren. Ausgesprochen positiv ist die sehr gute Ausstattung der Küche. Mehr als ausreichende Geschirr, Kochgeschirr, Besteck usw usw.
Die Qualität der Betten hat uns erholsam schlafen lassen.

Warmherzig, freundlich, liebevoll, mit und ohne Hund eine wunderschöne Bleibe
Hach, das war so schön:
Einfache Anreise, ausreichende Anzahl von Parkplätzen direkt vor der Tür und dann dieser gemütliche Bungalow im Grünen, der mit allem Komfort ausgestattet ist, den das Herz begehrt = ankommen und sofort in den Urlaubsmodus umschalten.
Sehr einladend und stilvoll eingerichtet, wir haben uns sofort wie zuhause gefühlt, der recht große Außenbereich ist sogar blickgeschützt. Ideal sowohl für aktive Menschen mit oder ohne Hund als auch für Faulenzer. Ein riesiger weitläufiger Hundestrand ist über einen schönen Weg erreichbar. Hervorragende Gegend auch für Rennrad- und Fahrradfahrer, Bike-Verleih (sogar mit Hundeanhänger) in direkter Nähe. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen. Wir haben selbst gekocht, in der Nähe gibt es auch Möglichkeiten auszugehen. Die ausgesprochen nette und immer fröhliche Gastgeberin (stets erreichbar) hat überall mitgedacht, alles rundherum perfekt. Ich könnte auch für immer dort bleiben ?

Alles fein! Gerne wieder!
Mittlerweile war ich schon 2 mal in dieser gemütlichen Unterkunft. Habe mich jedes mal sehr wohl gefühlt.
Ich schlafe hier wunderbar und habe alles was ich brauche um mich wie Zuhause zu fühlen. Besonders gefällt mir die ruhige Lage sowie der sehr freundliche Kontakt zu den Vermietern. Ich komme gerne wieder und kann dieses Häuschen mit gutem Gewissen weiter empfehlen.

Gemütliches Ferienhaus mit tollem Garten - perfekt für Urlaub mit Hund +++
Ein schöner Bungalow (barrierefrei), gelegen in einem ruhigen grünen Ferienpark, sehr gemütlich, modern und persönlich eingerichtet, so dass man sich schnell wie zu Hause fühlt. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man sich wünschen kann (sogar Waschmaschine und Trockner, großer Fernseher mit Blu-ray-Player etc.), ein geräumiger Wohnbereich. Besonders angenehm ist der hoch eingesäumte und nicht einsehbare Garten mit überdachter Terrasse, herrlich zum Entspannen.
Gerade auch mit Hund ist es die perfekte Unterkunft, dazu sehr nette Vermieter, die das Haus bereits mehrfach renoviert und insbesondere den Garten wunderbar gestaltet haben.
Der weitläufige saubere und nicht überlaufene Sandstrand ist fußläufig schnell erreicht und es gibt mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe.
Fazit: besser geht es nicht - wir werden wieder kommen!!!

Dear guests, we (that are Ramona, Stephan and our dog Lexi) have fulfilled a small big wish with this vacation home in June 2020. For the sake of our dog, we have decided to take this step. With heart and love we are working on it, from an aging house, piece by piece to form a cozy oasis of peace. Due to Corona, unfortunately, some of our plans were not feasible.
