Very beautiful 2.5 room penthouse with an additional, small sleeping gallery on the sunny slope of Falera. The view is impressive. You can see over the whole village and the Surselva. The location is absolutely quiet, also because you need a driving permit for Falera (available for our tenants). The fireplace invites you to romantic evenings by the fire. The flat is equipped with a kitchen (oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, coffee machine), a bathroom (shower bath, WC), a small sleeping gallery and a lockable bedroom. In the fitness room, a table tennis table, billiard table and a table football table invite you to play. Of course, there is also a solarium and a sauna (fees apply). There is also a washing machine and a tumble dryer (coin-operated). A parking space in the garage in the house is included in the price. If there is enough snow, you can ski right up to the house.

The chairlift is 500 m away from the flat and in winter you can ski right in front of the house if the snow conditions are good. There are no limits to the leisure activities on offer. Golf enthusiasts will find a beautiful, new 18-hole golf course in the neighbouring village of Sagogn with a magnificent view over the Rhine Gorge and into the mountains of the Surselva. In summer, very well maintained hiking trails invite you to adventurous excursions. We would like to make special mention of the Pinut via ferrata on the Flimsersteig in Fidaz. The three lakes (Caumasee, Crestasee, Laaxersee) in the region also invite you to swim or linger.
