At the holiday house "Casa Pelican" is an exclusive penthouse. It is located in the upper floor of a corner terraced house and has its own entrance and a private pool that is used only by guests of the penthouses. Living is about the entire 125 sqm. The residential or Bedroom in studio style is about 60 square meters and has comfortable armchairs and a sofa bed, a double bed with comfortable mattress (180 x 200 cm), a kitchen and a bathroom. Hallo wir sind gestern aus dem Urlaub auf Teneriffa zurückgekommen und wollte Ihnen eine kurze positive Rückmeldung geben: die Wohnung Pelikan ist gemütlich und zweckmäßig eingerichtet und hat eine wundervolle Terrasse mit Blick auf den Teide und das Meer (letzteres konnten wir leider infolge Dauerregen wenig genießen). Besonders loben möchte ich aber den Eigentümer: er war jederzeit hilfsbereit aber nicht aufdringlich und hat uns mit seinen italienischen Kochkünsten mehrfach verwöhnt. Wir können das Haus mit Enrico als Gastgeber und Gesprächspartner voll weiterempfehlen.
