Our detached, lovingly furnished holiday home is located in Heringhausen in the heart of the Diemelsee holiday region. A holiday paradise for families, hikers, water sports enthusiasts, bikers and anglers awaits you. Recharge your batteries, experience the deep blue lake, the mountains with gently rolling valleys, the fascinating diversity of the landscape and the attractive leisure activities in the surrounding area
The house offers all the comforts for 2 - 5 people. The inviting living area with open kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. In summer, you can relax in the large garden and enjoy the mild summer evenings on the cosy barbecue terrace with rustic barbecue fireplace. In autumn and winter, the wood-burning stove in the living room provides a cosy and romantic atmosphere after your holiday activities.

The holiday home is in a quiet location in Heringhausen. It is only 300 metres to the lake. The lido, swimming pool and restaurants are only a few minutes' walk away
You can start hiking directly from the front door. Nestled in the mountains of the Sauerland lies the Diemelsee, a paradise for water enthusiasts, bikers, hikers, anglers and nature lovers. The holiday home is located in the immediate vicinity of the lake. In summer you can enjoy unadulterated swimming fun thanks to the good water quality. Boat and ship trips, canoe tours on the Diemel or the lido with its large water slide offer plenty of variety
The region with its rolling landscape offers ideal conditions for bikers and cyclists. The beautiful Diemel Cycle Path offers numerous insights into the fascinating diversity of the landscape along the Diemel.
In the immediate vicinity of the holiday home, hiking enthusiasts will find the 63 km long quality hiking trail Diemelsteig with breathtaking views
In only 15 minutes by car you can reach Willingen with its diverse leisure and winter sports attractions.

We will be back....
This is the 4th time we have spent a long weekend in the beautiful and comfortably furnished Seespatz.
Everything is very clean and there is really nothing lacking here.
In the cellar there is even a huge fridge filled with a wide variety of drinks that can be bought for little money
The beautiful landscape around the Diemelsee and Willingen, about 15 km away, are always an invitation to go hiking

We were able to enjoy many cosy hours in front of the wood-burning stove and by candlelight.

Great week at the Diemelsee in the Seespatz
A very lovingly furnished house in which nothing was missing. The very well-kept garden also made our week perfect. We and our dogs felt very comfortable and we will definitely come back. Thank you very much again.

Arriving and feeling comfortable!
We immediately felt at home in Seespatz. So tastefully and comprehensively furnished, we didn't miss anything. In sunny weather, we spent most of our time outside, preferably on the relaxation swing. We will gladly come back and recommend the house.

Everything has been thought of in this house.
In terms of furnishings, garden, cleanliness, and details (decorations, dishes, etc.), the holiday home is outstanding. The landlord is very nice and helpful. We will come back... and have already recommended the house to others.
