The newly built house in spa architecture is located about 10 minutes walking distance from the fine sandy Baltic Sea beach. The semi-detached house is lovingly and high-quality furnished for demanding guests. The equipment leaves nothing to be desired. Peace and relaxation are guaranteed in the grown residential area.
The tastefully designed garden with water feature and teak furniture invites you to linger. The teak chairs can be converted into deck chairs and a cozy beach chair offers the possibility to enjoy the small garden even when it's windy. For wellness and relaxation, a barrel sauna (up to 4 people) is available! A lockable bicycle shed and two parking spaces are also part of the house. For children, a handcart is available. A travel cot for children and a high chair are also available. The property is enclosed, so that even small children can play or ride their tricycles without danger.

The house is situated in the western part of Zingst. In the season open on Sundays supermarkets with bakery are within easy reach. 2 bedrooms, each with double beds, are located on the upper floor. Both bedrooms also have flat screen TVs! A 3rd bedroom in the attic is equipped with 2 single beds. The showers have shallow entries and are spacious (120x90 and 90x90), so an existing shower stool can be used. The house has a roof terrace and a garden terrace that are constantly bathed in sunlight. The modern, high-quality equipped kitchen is separated from the living room by a counter and equipped with all imaginable appliances and utensils.
Of course, you have free use of the washing machine, telephone to the German landline and W-Lan.

We were able to spend a wonderful time with 4 adults in this very beautiful holiday home. Everything we needed for a relaxing holiday was there. Starting with the 2 parking spaces, the bike shed, 2 bathrooms, the cosy bedrooms, enough storage space and a spacious living room. Unfortunately, we were not able to use the terrace and balcony extensively due to the weather, but they are both very inviting.
In October, we could hear the cranes and of course observe them within a few minutes by bike and marginally more on foot. The Baltic Sea can be reached just as quickly, as can the centre of Zingst with its well-run shops and restaurants.
For us it was the first time in Fischland Darß Zingst. A beautiful area.
We will gladly come again.

A house that fulfills all demands in every way. Starting with a spacious living area, top-quality equipment, a terrace and a sunny balcony, as well as good parking options, including a lockable bicycle shed. This makes it wonderfully suitable for exploring Fischland Darß by bike.
This holiday home can be recommended at any time.

Kurzurlaub in Zingst
The house is located absolutely quietly, yet close to the beach, lagoon, and forest. The 2 parking spaces are easily accessible, the bike shed provides safe storage for bicycles. When entering the house for the first time, cleanliness, the upscale furnishings, and the loving design of the rooms are immediately noticeable. This extends to the evening lighting and the small water feature on the terrace, which we unfortunately could not fully enjoy due to the season and weather. Kitchen utensils and dishes are available in the best quality and in large quantities. The generously designed bathrooms very much pleased us. A holiday home where nothing is lacking.

Holiday home for feeling good
Together, we spent our three-week vacation in September in "Min Sünn im grünen Winkel". The house is very quiet, but still centrally located between the Baltic Sea and the Bodden. We could easily store our bikes in the bike shed.
The house is very comfortable and high-quality furnished. It lacks nothing, unbelievable. Everything is very well maintained and clean. The appealing decorations are very tastefully selected by the landlady, Mrs. Nesshöver. We slept very well, great beds and good mattresses.
A beautiful terrace in the small garden with a beach chair and teak furniture invites you to relax. The small rooftop terrace is perfect for an aperitif in the late afternoon before dinner.
The house has a well-functioning WiFi and telephone, free of charge, which is not a given. In the small library in the living room, there are interesting books and lots of information and tips for excursions in the region. A wide selection of board games for both adults and/or children is also available.
We have recovered very well, and the lovely ambiance significantly contributed to that.
We are already looking forward to our holiday there in June 2022 - always a pleasure.

Super Haus - bestens ausgestattet
The house is really very well equipped - nothing is missing. We found it very clean. The high-quality furniture invites you to linger. There is a very good bicycle shed available.
We felt very comfortable there and would book it again at any time.
