Detached, well-maintained and modernly furnished holiday home (approx. 70 sqm) with completely fenced property for 4+ persons + small child(ren) or 1 child up to 14 years in extra bed.

The holiday home is located in a very quiet area just 300 m from the Salzhaff (beach section, very popular surfing/kitesurfing area) on a small (300 sqm) plot for exclusive use in the midst of the wild and romantic nature of the Salzhaff region. It is only 3 km to the Baltic Sea resort of Rerik, which can also be quickly reached by bicycle via the Baltic Sea long-distance cycle path. Ideal for nature lovers, (kite) surfers, and guests with dogs.

Location and surroundings of object
The district of Roggow is located directly on the Salzhaff. The holiday home is situated in a small holiday home settlement bordering directly on the Salzhaff, only 300m from the beach. The Baltic Sea beach in Rerik is only 3 km away and can also be easily reached by bicycle via the Baltic Sea long-distance cycle path.
There is a children's playground in the immediate vicinity.
The district of Roggow is located directly on the Salzhaff and is a paradise for water sports enthusiasts. It is only 3 km from the Baltic Sea resort of Rerik. Rerik with its adjoining districts is a small Baltic Sea resort with the character of a fishing village, set amidst wild and romantic nature between the Baltic Sea and the Salzhaff. The beautiful promenade on the Salzhaff with its yacht and fishing harbor, as well as a large children's playground and the lovely Haffplatz with its cafés, ice cream parlors, and restaurants invite you to stroll and linger. Here you can also shop for one or another "souvenir." All planned celebrations/festivals also take place here during the season. Opposite the Haffplatz is the Baltic Sea beach with a pier. Here you can rent beach chairs. Numerous fishermen in the village offer fresh fish daily to take away or to eat in the restaurant.
In the village there are 2 supermarkets, a beverage market, bakery, plenty of restaurants, cafés and snack bars, bicycle rental, banks, general practitioners, dentist, and pharmacy. An excursion boat from the Haff pier takes you, on its tour around the Haff (approx. 2 hours), to the Wustrow peninsula, the small villages, and back. the bird sanctuary island around the Salzhaff a little closer.

In the case of later cancellations up to 3 weeks before the start of the rental period, 50% of the agreed amount is due; after that, 100% of the agreed amount is due. The reservation will be held until 1:00 p.m. on the day following the start of the rental period. After that, the obligation to reserve lapses. Quiet and beautifully renovated accommodation
Very nice landlords. The house is very quiet, nicely fenced, and was spotless. Just a few meters to the walking path towards Salzhaff. The rooms are modernly renovated (except for the second bedroom, but we didn't use that). The large covered terrace and the fireplace are also great. We were able to relax well and would book again at any time.

Super beautiful holiday home
For us, this holiday home was simply perfect and we had really relaxing days. The house has a very nice layout, it is very well equipped and really super clean. The description is 100% accurate. The contact with the landlord was very good. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back.

Found peace and relaxation
We were guests in the holiday home for a week with 3 people and 2 large dogs. The journey from the south went very well via the (partially) A14 motorway. Upon arrival at the holiday home, the entrance to the property was admittedly a small challenge with a minibus, but it was no longer a problem by the second day. We were warmly greeted by Ms. Sischka, and we were shown the house and the grounds. Ms. Sischka also informed us about the nearby natural beach (about 300 meters) and of course Rerik. The natural beach is suitable for bathing for both humans and animals. However, we preferred to swim at the beach of Boiensdorf (about 11 km away towards Poel Island). In Rerik, it was less possible with 2 large dogs, as the beach was very crowded due to the school holidays. The house Casa Laguna is fully equipped and provides a comfortable stay. In the very well-fenced garden (which is completely enclosed - every dog owner will love it), we spent many hours in the sun and sat very comfortably on the terrace.
This holiday home is very well suited for those seeking relaxation and peace.
We can therefore highly recommend it and happily give 5 stars.
