"Haus Baltic" is a very well-maintained,
3-story apartment complex located directly
behind the dike on the eastern edge of town.
It is only about 100 meters to the beach;
no street needs to be crossed.
It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the town center.
The friendly 42 sqm apartment is located on the 1st floor. The living room is furnished with a sofa bed and, with its 5.5m wide balcony window front, offers a full sea view – but unfortunately only from October to May, as in summer the foliage of the trees and shrubs in the foreland of the dike obstructs the view.
The floors of the hallway, kitchen, and bathroom are tiled; the living room and bedroom have new vinyl flooring.
The apartment has a separate, small, and very functional kitchen as well as a bathroom with a bathtub. Bed linen, towels, and dish towels can be brought along.
If desired, a laundry package (bed linen, towels, dish towels, made of 100% pure cotton) can be provided for 30 euros per person.
For general use, there is a laundry room with coin-operated washing machines and dryers as well as a bicycle storage room in the basement.
The apartment is a non-smoking apartment.
Dogs are allowed on request.

Beautiful holiday apartment

Good location
The apartment is located very close to the beach, short distances to the beach. The apartment was clean and tidy, but the furniture in the living room was very old. The described sofa bed was not suitable for sleeping. Definitely too small for 3 people. The bathroom was okay but also very small. The so-called kitchen was also much too small. My granddaughter could not open the door to the living room or could only open it with great difficulty; it is completely warped and needs to be replaced. The door handles made all the noises. It needs a bit of renovation. The view from the balcony was very nice and one could enjoy a piece of the Baltic Sea.

Vielen Dank für Ihre Bewertung.
Dass Ihnen die Wohnzimmer-Einrichtung doch nicht gefallen hat, tut mir leid. Die Teakholz Couch-Garnitur im skandinavischen Design ist jedoch auf den Fotos sehr gut zu erkennen, und die Polster sind auch nicht verschlissen oder fleckig, so dass sie darum ausgetauscht werden müssten.
Für die Schlafcouch werde ich wohl eine Gebrauchsanweisung schreiben müssen, denn es ist kein "gewöhnliches" Auszieh-Sofa. Sie muss aufgeklappt werden. Auf den bereit stehenden, 5 cm dicken Matratzentopper werde ich noch extra hinweisen müssen. Dann erhält man ein sehr gutes, 1,2 m breites Bett. Gerne hätten Sie mich anrufen dürfen, wenn Sie mit der Mechanik nicht zurecht gekommen sind.
Die Größe der Wohnung ist in meiner Anzeige korrekt angegeben.
Wenn auf dieser Fläche ein großes Wohnzimmer mit 5,5 m breitem Balkon und ein Schlafzimmer untergebracht sind, so darf man kein geräumiges Bad und Küche erwarten. Auch Bad, Küche und der Flur sind auf den Fotos sehr gut zu erkennen.
In der kleinen Küche befinden sich eine Spüle, ein Herd mit Backofen, ein kleiner Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach sowie Hängeschränke. Die Küche hat ein Aussenfenster zur Belüftung und eine Tür. "Sogenannt" ist also nicht zutreffend.
Zum Thema "ein bisschen renovieren": Im Sommer vergangenen Jahres wurde die Wohnung komplett renoviert: Alle Wände komplett neu weiß gestrichen, der Fußboden durch einem hochwertigen Vinylboden ausgetauscht, und auch die Gardienen wurden erneuert.
Im April diesen Jahres wurden noch die Holztüren aufgearbeitet - Geräusche und Klemmen der Türen wurden da nicht festgestellt. Weiter wurden alle Macken und Schrammen an den Wänden der letzten Saison ausgebessert sowie beschädigtes Geschirr, Besteck usw. ausgetauscht und zurück gelassene, ungeliebte "Souvenirs" unserer Gäste entsorgt.
Nun hoffe ich, dass Sie trotzdem schöne Tage mit Ihren Enkelinnen am Meer hatten!

A very nice vacation apartment
Those who wish for a relaxing vacation are exactly right in Grömitz.
This holiday apartment perfectly complements the offer.
Everything is available, very clean, there is a great view, and there is a very nice landlady.

Always a pleasure
We have already been in this apartment several times, which is located in a very well-kept complex, and we feel very comfortable every time. We value cleanliness and have never had any complaints. This year, the road was renewed directly in front of the part of the building where the apartment is located, but no one can do anything about that and it's a one-time thing. The other times, we were able to enjoy peace and quiet to the fullest.
If you don't need the most modern equipment on vacation (which you can see in advance from the pictures and the price is adjusted accordingly compared to other holiday accommodations), if you love the proximity to the beach and don't want to be right in the center of the tourist hustle and bustle, then this apartment is very well-suited for you. The sea is just a stone's throw away and you can reach the center in 10 minutes on foot.
We love Grömitz and will book the apartment again and again.
