Our holiday home Kranichsruh offers space for 6 adults and 2 small children and is situated on a spacious meadow landscape with an unobstructed view of the Achterwasser from the house. The Achterwasser is only 200 m away from the property. The Achterwasser is called on Usedom the holiday house to the beach promenade in Zinnowitz it is shopping facilities are sufficient in the near vicinity surfaces of the interiors of our holiday home are completely in clay construction. We have created a place of peace and comfort. Kranichsruh offers its residents a pleasant, constant indoor climate, because clay surfaces regulate humidity and store heat. A healthy and allergy-friendly environment prevails, as dust particles and pollutants are absorbed from the room air. Clay surfaces have a shielding effect against high-frequency waves. The holiday home is an alternative to Denmark,Holland,Heringsdorf,Bansin.

Location and surroundings of object
The tastefully furnished living and dining room adjoins the modern and excellently equipped open-plan kitchen. Three bedrooms in the attic with high-quality beds (suitable for allergy sufferers) offer plenty of space and a high level of sleeping comfort. Of course, Kranichsruh has two fully equipped bathrooms with Raindance thermostatic showers. The Finnish sauna with splash shower on the ground floor and the wood-burning stove round off the excellent facilities of the holiday home.
The outdoor area has a spacious 80 sqm sun terrace with furniture for 8 people and two sun loungers. There is also a large beach chair and a large parasol on the terrace. An electric barbecue is available for barbecuing.
Our outdoor whirlpool for 5 persons and a temperature of 38°C invites you to relax after an active day. The special thing about this holiday home is its location in the first row, so that you have a free panoramic view of the Achterwasse and can relax undisturbed by the neighbours.
There is a thatched shed on the property where you can store your bicycles. The plot is laid out in such a way that you will not see your own cars or the cars of the neighbours. The property has 3 parking spaces for cars and a stainless steel rack for 5 bicycles. Since the property is located directly at the nature reserve, you can watch storks, geese, sea eagles and all kinds of water birds directly from the terrace. Directly between the house and the Bodden is a meadow that is perfect for starting a great walk with your dog, which, as we ourselves have a wire-haired bitch (Lotta), is very welcome here. Finally, we would like to mention that the large upstairs bedroom has a seating area for 4 people with a table and a large TV. From the large balcony above the conservatory you have a magnificent panoramic view of the water. The Baltic Sea island of Usedom is located in the north-west of Germany in the Pomeranian Bay and is the sunniest spot in Germany.
The Baltic resort of Zinnowitz is surrounded by extensive beech and coniferous forests and lies on a two-kilometre-wide headland between the Baltic Sea and the Achterwasser at the foot of the gently rising Gliesberg. The old fishing village, from which the seaside resort emerged in the second half of the 19th century, is located one kilometre from the bathing beach (on the aft side of the island).

The holiday home has two high-quality bathrooms with a built-in splash shower on the ground floor. There is also a sauna in the bathroom on the ground floor
Upstairs is the large master bedroom with additional seating for 4 people and TV. From here I can access the large balcony with high-quality wicker furniture and an unobstructed view of the Achterwasser. Two more fully equipped bedrooms and a spacious bathroom round off the upper floor. A nice cot and a travel cot for our smallest guests are available.

Holiday home with dream view of Achterwasser
A holiday home that leaves nothing to be desired and is comfortably furnished. Just as it was described on the homepage and the pictures promised. We happened to catch the two coldest weeks of this winter with temperatures down to -15° C, a completely frozen Achterwasser, and an iced-over Baltic Sea; in addition, often blue skies and plenty of sunshine. It was of course perfect to return to the holiday home after a day in the cold and then enjoy the sauna and the outdoor hot tub.
An extra treat for us, who arrived with the electric car: to charge for free at the in-house wall box - simply perfect.

Limitedly recommended
The house is cozy and beautifully furnished. The surroundings are quiet and invite relaxation. We particularly liked the furnishings and the location. Unfortunately, the promised "completely fenced property" was not fulfilled. For us, this was an important point, as we had our dog with us. We were looking forward to a safe area for our pet. Unfortunately, there was a disappointment here. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but the house did not quite meet our expectations due to the lack of fencing.

Quiet and relaxation
A very beautiful holiday home in a quiet location.
The house lacked nothing.
The sauna and the whirlpool were great for relaxing for us.
For dog owners, the location of the house is very nice.

Usedom is always worth a trip.
Here and there, unfortunately, there were a few spots in and around the house that could be better addressed before the next guests arrive.

Dream house on the backwaters
