Only about 150 m from the sea and white sand beach of "Spiaggia Guventeddu" and only about 2 km away from the idyllic tourist town of PULA (about 6,000 inhabitants) - is this very quiet - separate semi-detached house with its own access and privacy. The owner lives in the other separate half of the house.
Distance from the airport CAGLIARI approx. 35 km - from OLBIA approx. 3 Autostunden and ALGHERO approx. 2,5 Autostunden. The beautiful tourist town PULA (about 6000 Ew.) - about 2 km away - offers every shopping, leisure and service possibilities. Excellent restaurants spoil you with Sardinian menus. In the months of July to September, the piazza provides entertainment every evening. The leisure park BLUFAN with the long water slides only about 4 km away. The Is Molas Golf Club (18 holes) is about 4 km away. Cultural sights are the archaeological excavations of NORA. Other beautiful beaches such as "Mare e Pineta" - "Chia" - "Pinus Village" and "Tuerredda" are only a few minutes away.
