The outdoor area has a terrace with garden furniture, a garden with a green area and a brick barbecue.

Location and surroundings of object
About 2 km away is the "BLUFAN" amusement park with super water slides - fun for young and old. The "Is Molas" golf course (18 holes) is about 4 km away. Riding stables, sports facilities and cultural sights are offered throughout the region.
Worth seeing here are the ancient excavations of the ruins of a sunken city from the Roman era directly on the sea of NORA.
In the months of June to September, evening events take place on the "Piazza" and boredom does not arise.
The nearest sandy beach from the holiday home is "Baia di Nora" about 2 km away.
All other beautiful sandy beaches in this region, such as "Santa Margherita" - "CHIA" - "TUERREDDA" to "PORTO-PINO" can be reached quickly by car from the coastal road with the fantastic panorama.
Distance from CAGLIARI airport approx. 32 km - from OLBIA approx. 3 hours by car and ALGHERO approx. 2.5 hours by car.
