Description
The paradisiacal Villa Twiga with 170 sqm was built in 2010 and invites you to relax with its garden of beautiful African plants and palm trees. It is only a 7-minute walk (350m) along a public path from the dream beach of Diani Beach and is equipped to European standards.
The villa is also in the immediate vicinity of a large supermarket where you can find inexpensive groceries and everything you need for a perfect holiday.
As Kenyan life takes place mainly outdoors due to the pleasant temperatures, there is a large dining table on the covered terrace.
Only a few metres away is the communal swimming pool (17x6 metres), which offers you easy access via comfortable internal steps. You will always find sufficient pool loungers, umbrellas and seating in the pool area.
In the generously designed villa there is enough space for 6 people.
2 bedrooms with double beds and 2 separate bathrooms are available on the ground floor. The gallery, which is located on the upper floor, is covered with a high makuti roof, which ensures a pleasant climate throughout the house even on hot African days. There is also another sleeping possibility for 2 persons in the upper floor in African style. All three double beds are equipped with a big mosquito net, which offers you a peaceful sleep. In all 3 bathrooms there is a spacious shower, washbasin with mirror and a toilet. The kitchen has a spacious fridge with freezer compartment, a large cooker with electricity and gas, coffee machine, toaster, blender, and a kettle. Dishes, glasses and cutlery are of course available in sufficient quantity
The house is rented with staff (night watchman, gardener, skraft).

Our villa is 35km from the nearest airport, Mombasa, and is located on Diani Beach, where you will also find hospitals, pharmacies, safari offices, banks, supermarkets () ,restaurants and some souvenir shops. All this is only a few minutes away from our villa, so you don't necessarily need a car on site.

A brilliant white sandy beach lined with palm trees stretches for eight kilometres along the turquoise Indian Ocean
Overcrowded "hotel complexes" and "bed castles" are not to be found on Diani Beach, which is nevertheless a popular holiday destination, especially for package holidaymakers.
The coast and the beach are protected by a natural coral reef. This reef protects against high waves and offers a first-class spot for snorkelling and diving. The clean water guarantees a fantastic bathing experience with an average water temperature of 26°C. The ocean ebb and flow alternates about every 6 hours.
The gently sloping white sandy beach is ideal for children to play on
In the immediate vicinity is the larger town of Ukunda, which also has a small airport for domestic flights. However, a good tourist infrastructure can already be found everywhere along the coastal road running parallel to Diani Beach.

culinary delights. You should definitely visit them to be enchanted by the exotic flair and a dreamlike sunset.

All around a wonderful holiday
There were 4 of us in Apartment Africa. The complex is very well located. The staff is friendly and helpful. The villa is very spacious and clean
The beach is only a stone's throw away. Restaurants and shopping can be easily reached by tuk tuk.
The pool is big enough for everyone to use.
One drawback is the people who live in the complex. They complain about the slightest noise. It is almost impossible to party at night. But that's not the owner's fault. To avoid tensions, parties and loud music should be moved to the nearby discos and pubs.
It was an all-round nice holiday. We will definitely come back to Diani Beach

Dream beach and dream house on Diani Beach
Beautiful holiday home with a great location. It was our first holiday in Kenya and we were positively surprised!
The holiday home is in a great location on Diani Beach. Most destinations are within walking distance
The staff and the manager always took good care of us. We were particularly surprised by the fast Wi-Fi and the delicious restaurants in the immediate vicinity
The pool is also large and perfect for relaxing under the palm trees.

Fantastic accommodation
The villa is super furnished, we didn't want for anything. The bedrooms are all very spacious and the bathroom is also very large. We really enjoyed the quiet and safe location. The villa is close to the beach and also the shopping facilities are not far and within walking distance. The pool is very large and was cleaned and maintained daily. All around we were very satisfied and always felt very comfortable and safe. We will definitely come back again.
