Absolute TOP

We spontaneously decided to spend a week of vacation in Kenya. The Villa Simba caught our attention immediately.

The contact with the owner was very friendly. Emails were answered quickly and open questions were competently addressed. So here already five out of five stars.

The villa leaves nothing to be desired. The private pool is great. The staff anticipates your wishes. Due to the size of our travel group, we rented both floors of the villa. Also perfect for larger groups or families.

We will definitely come back, hopefully as soon as possible.

Thank you very much for this dream vacation.

An eventful vacation

We took a family vacation in Kenya. Villa Simba was our "home base." The villa has 2 bedrooms on the ground floor and 2 bedrooms on the first floor. All bedrooms have their own bathroom. Both floors have a fully equipped kitchen. The private pool in the dreamy garden provides refreshment. The housekeeper and a gardener are attentive and very helpful; we felt very comfortable. The beach is reachable on foot in just a few minutes. Excursions (safari, Mombasa, etc.) that we organized through local providers were very well organized and impressive (including Marco Polo Safaris).
We obtained the contacts through the owner, who was always available for questions: A great vacation that will stay in our memory.

perfect 10 days in your dream home

Dear Petra,
with this entry I would like to thank you once again very much for the wonderful stay with our family in your villa! Even the regular exchange in the run-up to the trip was very helpful, especially for planning the 7-day safari with Julius. It then also worked out perfectly. I would like to emphasise the fantastic peace and quiet in the house, garden and pool. As a result, we spent much more time at the house than we had planned. Diani Beach is of course a dream. Especially in September there was nothing going on. Eliza, Rama and John are very warm people. Best regards to the three of them!
It is also nice to be able to use the car. This simply makes shopping or evening trips to the restaurant easier.
Without exaggerating, we had a perfect 10 days in your dream house!

In Shimoni, you can find the slave caves where people were once held captive before being sold in Zanzibar. The Shimba Hills National Park is one of the largest coastal forests in East Africa. A highlight is the picturesque Sheldrick Waterfall. The Kisite Marine National Park encompasses the coral reefs south of Wasini Island around three small islands. How do I come to Diani Beach?

Diani Beach refers to a 25-kilometer-long, gently sloping white sand beach of the Indian Ocean in Kenya. The beach is located about 35 kilometers south of Mombasa. Other major towns nearby include Ukunda and Msambweni. Diani Beach is situated in the remnants of the Jadini Forest coastal forest. In Ukunda, there is a small airport. However, international travelers fly to the airport in Mombasa. From landing in Mombasa to arriving at your holiday home or apartment, it takes about two hours by minibus. You can also travel via Nairobi. From there, you can take a train to Mombasa, for example. Plan a little time for your journey and start off on a fantastic beach holiday at Diani Beach!
