The holiday home is equipped with a large living room with kitchenette, fireplace, dining table and sofa corner, flat screen TV, 2 separate bedrooms (1x double bed, 1x 2 single beds + 1 pull-out bed), 1 mod. Bathroom with shower.
In the kitchen everything necessary is available, like refrigerator, 4 hotplates, oven, microwave, sink, coffee machine, toaster, water boiler, dishes, cutlery, pots and much more.
The beautiful, well-kept garden offers plenty of seating with a cosy barbecue area, beach chair
Car parking spaces and a bicycle shed are also located on the property
The beach, shopping facilities and good restaurants are in the immediate vicinity (all 300-500m away).

Location and surroundings of object
The "La Casa" holiday farm is centrally located in the Baltic Sea resort of Rerik. The beach is only about 500m away. Shopping facilities, restaurants, large children's playground on the Salzhaff can be reached in approx. 300m.
The holiday homes are located at the back of the property and are therefore very quiet.
Rerik can only be reached by car or bus!
Bus station 300m from the holiday farm.
If you arrive by train - pick-up from Neubukow station is possible!
Rerik is a small Baltic seaside resort with the character of a fishing village between the Baltic Sea and the Salzhaff. The beautiful promenade at the Salzhaff with yacht and fishing harbour, as well as a large children's playground and the beautiful Haffplatz with its cafés, ice cream parlours and restaurants invite you to stroll and linger. You can also buy one or two souvenirs here. All planned festivities and celebrations take place here during the season
Opposite Haffplatz is the Baltic Sea beach with its pier. Here you can rent beach chairs. Numerous fishermen in the village offer fresh fish daily to take away or in the restaurant
In the village there is a supermarket, a beverage market, a bakery, many restaurants, cafés and snack bars, banks, general practitioners, a dentist and a pharmacy. An excursion boat from the lagoon jetty takes you around the lagoon (approx. 2 hours), the Wustrow peninsula, the small villages and the bird sanctuary island around the salt lagoon.

Cancellation terms:
Here is the translation to English: For all cancellations due to illness or personal reasons, the following applies: If the guest cancels the reservation up to 42 days before the start of the rental period, an amount of 15 EUR from the deposit will be charged as a processing fee. In the case of later cancellations up to 3 weeks before the start of the rental period, 50% of the agreed amount is due; after that, 100% of the agreed amount is due. The reservation will be held until 1:00 p.m. on the day following the start of the rental period. After that, the obligation to reserve lapses. To protect you from unnecessary costs in the event of a last-minute cancellation due to possible illness, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance. Ask your insurance provider!

Child and dog friendly
Nice landlord and quick processing of inquiries/requests. Equipment is sufficient for a vacation, everything was clean. Dogs are welcome, the property is fenced. Unbeatable location - pharmacy, restaurants, promenade, Baltic Sea beach, and more within walking distance. A beautiful smaller town, not too crowded. Ideal for children - baby cot, potty, and plenty of toys available. The caretaker lives on the property so there is always someone to contact if you have any questions. We had a few nice days with our children and dog in the best weather. ⚓️??
