A cosy holiday house in northern Holland at the North Sea.
The holiday house is located in northern Holland (North Sea) between Alkmaar and Den Helder in the coastal area St. Maartenszee/ St. Maartensvlotbrug. At the beach of St. Maartenszee begins the nature reservation `t Zwaanenwater and also the largest north Dutch amusement park for children with many attractions. Experience a picture book holiday, full of alternatives and harmony. Contemplative bathing resorts, historical ports and the nearby metropolis Amsterdam. A postcard landscapes with meadows and windmills, channels and herds of sheep, old ports, cities and interesting museums. The landscape is well known for its endless beach, the sea, the dunes the polders and fields of flowers. There is an excellent road network for bicyclist available along pictorial and interesting villages and cities. Among the many waterways you can also enjoy the landscape, canoeing, or motor boating or fishing.

Cancellation terms:
If the tenant cancels the contract, the following costs will be incurred by the tenant: 10% of the total rental price if canceled up to 2 months before the start of the rental period, 30% of the total rental price if canceled within 2 months but one month before the start of the rental period, and 100% of the total rental price if canceled within one month before the start of the rental period. The tenant is not entitled to a refund unless the tenant provides a replacement tenant acceptable to the landlord or the landlord is able to re-rent the property.

Everything is great.
We found the stay very pleasant. The location was great. At the nearby campsite, we were able to rent bicycles without any problems at a fair price.
The house was very clean, spacious, and nothing was missing. Everything was easily accessible on foot or with a short drive. Thank you for 7 relaxing days.

Super accommodation
We were in North Holland for the first time and certainly not for the last. The house is very quietly located, and we lacked nothing. We took some bike tours. We indulged ourselves at the restaurant on the beach. And we also went in the other direction to the IJsselmeer. The town of Medemblik has quite a bit to offer. Also Den Helder, Egmond aan Zee, and Alkmaar with the cheese market. It is also worth mentioning that Alkmaar has a detailed Beatles and Elvis museum. We have a lot to discover there in the near future. Unfortunately, only next year.
Keep it up, your place is really great.

Super-equipped house in a quiet location
The house is spacious and very well equipped, including a washing machine and dryer. The beach is 3 km away, which is easily accessible by bike. Shopping and restaurants are 1.5 km away. We felt very comfortable, especially on the grey days.

Well-equipped cottage in a quiet location
The house is very well equipped. There was nothing missing in the kitchen. There was even a cheese slicer and plastic spoons for boiled eggs. We only missed a warmer. There are games, books, puzzles and a toy box for children. For us (4 adults) it was great to have two bathrooms (each with shower and toilet). Washing machine and dryer are great. The beds were a bit soft for our taste and the stairs are quite steep. But there is a railing and an additional handrail. It would be desirable to be able to book bed linen and towel packages.
Our conclusion: Highly recommended!
