Villa Euphoria Dalmatia is a modern and carefully decorated villa that combines comfort, elegance, and a relaxed Mediterranean lifestyle. With 160 m² of living space spread over two floors and a spacious enclosed property of 1,200 m², it provides everything needed for a pleasant and carefree holiday for six guests.

OUTDOOR AREA

The central feature of the outdoor area is a heated infinity pool of 35 m² with massage jets, offering an impressive panoramic view of the sea and the islands of Brač and Šolta.

Next to the pool is a spacious sun deck with comfortable loungers and an outdoor shower. A carefully landscaped Mediterranean garden further enhances the ambiance and creates a pleasant environment for rest and relaxation.

A summer kitchen with a barbecue and a large table offers the possibility of preparing and enjoying meals outdoors. For entertainment and recreation, guests have at their disposal table tennis, darts, and various games for indoor and outdoor use.

GROUND FLOOR

The ground floor of the villa comprises a modernly decorated space that connects a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and comfortable living room.

The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances, dishes, and utensils for meal preparation, including an espresso machine and an ice maker. The living room features a comfortable set, a television with Netflix access, and a fireplace, which adds extra warmth and a pleasant atmosphere to the space.

On the same floor, there are two bedrooms with double beds measuring 160 × 200 cm and two modernly designed bathrooms.

FIRST FLOOR

On the first floor, there is a spacious master bedroom with a double bed, private bathroom, walk-in closet, and television. The room offers a beautiful view of the sea and the islands of Brač and Šolta, and direct access to the terrace allows enjoyment of morning coffee and relaxation with a panoramic view.

COMFORT AND ADDITIONAL AMENITIES

The villa is fully air-conditioned, and guests have at their disposal free Wi-Fi, a washing machine, a safe, and parking within the enclosed yard.

A thoughtful room layout, elegant interior, and richly equipped outdoor area allow guests to spend each day at their own pace – enjoying the pool, preparing favorite meals, or simply relaxing in a pleasant Mediterranean environment.

Villa Euphoria Dalmatia is intended for guests who value comfort, peace, and quality time spent with loved ones.

The villa is not intended for organizing parties and celebrations, and reservations for groups of persons under 25 years old are not allowed.

Location and surroundings of object

Villa Euphoria Dalmatia is located in the peaceful area of Gornje Rupotine, on the border of Solin and Klis, not far from Split. Surrounded by Mediterranean landscape, the villa is an excellent starting point for exploring the beauties of central Dalmatia.

You can walk to the famous Klis Fortress with beautiful panoramic views of the sea and islands, while hiking and walking trails towards Kozjak start near the villa. In the vicinity are the ancient Salona, the historic center of Split, and numerous beaches of Split and Kaštela.

For day trips, the Krka National Park, Trogir, Šibenik, and Omiš with the Cetina River canyon—known for rafting, zipline, and other adventure activities—are ideal. From Split, boat trips to the islands of Brač, Hvar, Šolta, and Vis are also available.

Gastronomy and wine lovers can enjoy traditional Dalmatian specialties, visit wineries in Kaštela and taste the famous Kaštela Crljenak, or explore the vineyards of the Imotski region.

The proximity of the A1 highway and the Dugopolje exit enables easy arrival. A car is recommended for exploring the area, and taxi services as well as Uber and Bolt are available, depending on vehicle availability.
