"Casa Franco" is located in the old part of town, in the center of Marina di Campo, it is part of a complex in the historic area, has an independent entrance, the apartment is on the first floor and is reached via two comfortable flights of stairs. It is 150 meters from the port, the beautiful sandy beach of Marina di Campo can be reached in 2/3 minutes on foot. You can choose between equipped or free beach, very suitable for families, even with children.
In the house you will be immersed in the historical past of this seaside place, furnished with period furniture and antique parquet flooring.
The house is equipped with air conditioning/heating system and fans for those who prefer this type of ventilation.
The house with WIFI is comfortably set up for 6 people, there is the possibility to open a sofa bed (in the large living room) and accommodate 2 more guests.
You access the apartment via an independent entrance by climbing 2 flights of stairs.
You enter a small hallway that opens onto a bedroom, the kitchen, a large living room from which you access the sleeping area where there are 2 other bedrooms and two fully renovated bathrooms with shower box, toilet, sink, mirror, bidet, washing machine, dryer.
From the kitchen, through a French door, you access a small terrace overlooking an ancient garden with typical Elban plants; the kitchen is equipped with a fully equipped cooking area: kettle, espresso coffee machine brand Caffitaly, moka coffee maker, microwave oven, convection oven, dishwasher, 4-burner induction cooktop, refrigerator.
There are: pots, cutlery, glasses, cups, trays, and everything necessary for cooking, cleaning kit (mop, broom, bucket, trash bin).
An opening in the wall connects the kitchen with the living room where you can dine: it is furnished with period-style furniture, a large dining table for 8 people, 2 sofas and 2 comfortable armchairs, a modern television.
The bedroom adjacent to the bathrooms is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, bedside tables also in style, a wall-mounted television.
The central bedroom, connected to the living room, is furnished with two single beds that can be joined to make a double, wardrobe, and bedside tables.
The third bedroom, near the entrance of the apartment, is furnished with a single bed and a three-quarter bed, wardrobe, and bedside tables.
A small antique fireplace is part of the furnishings: there is a French door to access the small terrace overlooking the inner garden.
All three bedrooms, very quiet, overlook the inner garden surrounded by ancient and typical plants of the island, all windows are equipped with external and internal shutters. The house is provided with drying rack, iron and ironing board, hairdryer.
A small external safe for the keys allows access to the property.
Upon arrival, the guest will find household linen including tea towel, pot holders, bath mat, bedspread, pillows, tablecloth: all already provided. Bed sheets and towels available for a fee on request.
A welcome kitchen kit in single doses is also provided: sugar, salt, oil, vinegar, coffee pods, dishwasher and washing machine tablets, dish soap, sponge to cover the arrival day; welcome bathroom kit in single doses including soap bar, shower gel, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom.
