The house layout: The living space is approximately 75 square meters. From the balcony, you enter the inviting living room with a kitchenette. In addition to the large dining table, there is a small seating area. Two bedrooms accommodate up to five people: one bedroom with a double bed. The second bedroom has two single beds, and a fold-out bed can be added. Both bedrooms are nicely furnished. A radio, satellite TV, and pellet-fired central heating complete the amenities of this lovely holiday home.

Enjoy sea views from the long balcony! The view stretches across the rolling landscape to the sea, and the stunning sunsets on Sardinia's west coast are sure to entice you. A barbecue and sun loungers are available in the garden. There is plenty of space on the large, well-maintained garden property.
