Space, comfort, and accessibility come together in this luxurious detached retreat at EuroParcs De Zanding. Designed for up to 8 guests, this 116 m² multi-level home offers four bedrooms, two luxury bathrooms, and a terrace with garden furniture. It is well suited to families or groups seeking a spacious stay surrounded by the Veluwe.

The stylish living room includes a seating area and television, while the fitted kitchen provides a dishwasher, combination microwave, fridge-freezer, Nespresso machine, and electric kettle. Four bedrooms across the two floors can accommodate 8 guests, all furnished with two single beds. Two luxury bathrooms feature walk-in showers and washbasins, while a separate toilet adds convenience. One bathroom is adapted for guests with reduced mobility. Free WiFi and parking for one car are provided.

Step outside to the terrace and garden for a relaxed morning coffee, outdoor meal, or quiet time in the fresh air. The park also offers an indoor swimming pool, natural swimming lake, playgrounds, restaurant, wellness facilities, and bike rental. Arnhem and Apeldoorn are within easy reach for further attractions and day trips.

After departure, the property will be inspected, and the deposit will generally be refunded within approximately three weeks, provided there are no damages, missing items, or disturbances. Resort De Achterhoek is in the beautiful countryside of the Achterhoek. The area is in the Province of Gelderland, near the town of Lochem. It is well known for its extensive woods, centuries-old castles and farms. You can discover many attractive small towns such as the historic Hanseatic cities of Zutphen and Deventer. The countryside surrounding the holiday park is an area of unspoilt natural beauty and is very popular for cycling and walking. The park is 40 hectares and has a spacious lay-out. The original trees and foliage have been kept intact as much as possible. Beautiful mature trees, replenished with new planting make Resort De Achterhoek a truly green park.

There is always plenty going on to keep you busy. The recreation pond has a water slide and a tow bar. There are a number of small playgrounds and an indoor play centre for children. Youll find a golf course and a subtropical swimming centre very near the park.

Resort De Achterhoek has various types of bungalows. They range from simple to luxurious with every possible comfort. Some are suitable for families and some for large groups of 12 people. At Resort De Achterhoek you can enjoy the water, the woods and everything else that the park has to offer.

New holiday residences are currently being built on the central part of the park. We try to minimize the inconvenience.

This large holiday park is in the Achterhoek, in the eastern part of the Netherlands. The park is surrounded by woods and has many facilities, including a recreation pond and a subtropical swimmingpool.

The park is currently under development, so there is a possibility that construction work will be taking place. Any inconvenience will be kept to minimum.

In the chalets internet is not always available or present.

The park can request a deposit from groups of youngsters and foreign guests. This deposit will be returned to the bank account after departure.

Bookings of people traveling together other than as a family (eg groups of young people) are only possible on request. The park reserves the right to refuse such bookings.

You will receive an invoice from the park for accommodation for the additional costs..

Good welcome at reception. Property mixed feelings. Two of the three bedrooms very tight. The Lochemse surroundings very beautiful.

The accommodation was great, clean and equipped with everything you need. Especially nice we found the Begrüßungsgeschebk for the kitchen with a cloth, washing up liquid and dishwasher tablets. The park where is located the property was fantastically beautiful with greenery and a lake. Many playgrounds and a small swimming pool complete the ambience.

It was supper, merere playgrounds for children in the area, the lake, the house is beautiful from the outside, as one of them. Large garden to play plenty of room for children and zuverbringen to cozy time at the table.

The stay was generally okay. It's a shame that there are no childcare options for children aged 9 and older. And when there were options, they filled up quickly, and the remaining children had to either watch or come back later. Since the activities only last an hour, coming back later is not an option. It was good that there was an indoor pool, but it was also quickly overcrowded. There was no supervision there either. The older kids thought they could do whatever they wanted. Following rules was nowhere to be seen. It was also a pity that the beach bar was not open, so in the evenings, you could only linger alone or in the neighborhood, by the house. Shopping options were a disaster, just like the prices in the store. The food in the restaurant unfortunately did not taste good to us. The service also left much to be desired. Our house was generally okay. I had to clean it myself first because there were many dead flies on the living room floor and it was very dusty. Then the terrace door was damaged, which I could only report the next day. And then two days later, someone finally came. Overall, it was quite okay. But we wouldn't do it this way again.

It was a beautiful house in a beautiful park. Our garden was surrounded by shrubs so we had a lot of privacy. It was very quiet there, you didn't hear a highway or train, only the sounds of the birds and the people in the park. On arrival, our TV turned out not to work and this was solved in no time while we were eating in the restaurant. a very big downside we found the cleaning. There were cobwebs and dust nests everywhere inside, on the curtains, the paintings, the lamps, in the corners and by the windows. The twilight lamps were covered with a thick layer of dust. The shower curtain was dirty at the bottom. There were all kinds of dead flies in the lamps and that really wasn't from the last month. And the windows were not clean. At some doorposts there was a piece out. All walls were covered with stains from the beaten mosquitoes and flies. This is a real shame because it detracts from the beautiful house and the beautiful location. For the review of the house we would give a good but for the cleaning a very bad.

Our stay in the chalet was fine in itself, but in particular the cottage can be made much cleaner, we have also reported this. For example, handed in a rancid pan that was burned in such a way that it had become a hopeless pan. This has been neatly replaced with a new one. Bathroom was not really clean and a lot of limescale (reported). And for a few nights I hardly slept because the neighbors thought it necessary to spend a few nights with a nice boom box, which made our chalet vibrate from the deep bass. Am the 2nd night at 05:00 but just went to complain to the couples who turn it down a bit. The park is complete and beautifully landscaped, you can enjoy cycling in the area etc.

To start positively the house was big enough with enough garden around it, so privacy. Cleaning inadequate, there were even crumbs on the couch. Terrace is wet as it is wet / humid is very slippery my husband has almost fallen! Drain from toilet does not work properly (according to DIY, this is the case throughout the park). Would otherwise be nice if at least 1 roll of toilet paper is present on arrival. Tip in shower room a rack for shampoo etc. In the kitchen there is no storage space for items brought along as if it is assumed that you go out every day. Equipment manuals are available, only in (mainly) Eastern European languages! It would also be nice if it is regularly checked whether all indoor and outdoor lamps still work. Furthermore, we may have experienced that people at the reception are not very enthusiastic about making the customer happy. Bad advertising so despite everything we have had nice days. And, oh yes, in Dutch there was a note that fireworks during old and new could only be cut off at the pond. Well, with us it was too time. Maybe that letter should also be in several languages ....
