"Il Giardino degli Ulivi" is located in Donnalucata, a small, picturesque fishing village directly on the Mediterranean coast in the province of Ragusa, not far from the beautiful Baroque town of Scicli, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The coastline is characterized by its numerous long, wide sandy beaches. These are ideal for children, as the water deepens gradually.

The apartment is on the ground floor of a detached two-family house situated on a small vineyard (3400 sq m). One half of the property consists of the vines, while the other half comprises the house, the garden with a large lawn and fruit trees, the swimming pool (5 x 12 m, depth: 1.10 m to 2.20 m), and a parking area (with an electric gate) for two cars. The pool opens in mid-March.
