The apartment is located on the upper floor of a two-family house. The owners live on the ground floor. The apartment consists of a kitchen, a living room (both with access to the terrace), three bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with two single beds, and one with a comfortable sofa bed – 1.40 m wide), and two bathrooms. A refreshing breeze is always present in the summer, making air conditioning unnecessary; radiators are provided in all rooms for the winter months.
