Rustic Tuscan villa in a stunning coastal setting

Layout

Ground floor: Kitchen with dining table and fireplace (at waist height), living area with satellite TV, a second living room, and a laundry/ironing room with a washing machine. The ground floor living areas are connected by two short flights of stairs (four and two steps, respectively). Also on the ground floor: A bathroom with a shower. A room with two sofas on the ground floor can also be used as a bedroom for two single occupants.

First floor: Double bedroom with two single beds, bathroom with bathtub/toilet, and a large double bedroom with a double bed. This bedroom has its own toilet. The bathtub in the first bathroom, located in the hallway on the first floor, is shared by guests of both bedrooms on the first floor.
