Located in Carinthia at an altitude of 1200 meters, this lovingly furnished 70 sq m self-catering house features a garden, terrace, and is dog-friendly. It includes a play area, a 1500 sq m garden, a barbecue, and a fenced garden and terrace where dogs can roam freely.

In winter, a four-wheel drive vehicle or snow chains are recommended. Surrounded by forests and meadows, you can hike, bike, and enjoy the area right from the front door.

The house consists of one bedroom, a living room, a small entrance hall, a bathroom, a separate toilet, a storage room, a small dining area, and a kitchen. Towels, bath towels, and bathrobes are included in the price for the duration of your stay. A whirlpool is available in the garden (spring, summer, autumn), and the house also features infrared heating, a safe, a smoke detector, and a carbon monoxide detector.
