On 280 m², you will find six comfortable bedrooms, four modern bathrooms, and an ambiance that combines relaxation and togetherness. The house has 2 holiday apartments that are used together, yet everyone still has enough space to retreat if desired. Enjoy relaxing hours on the balcony or the sunny terraces overlooking the well-kept garden, which invites you to play and linger. For sociable evenings, a BBQ grill is available, while the fireplace in the living room provides cozy warmth on cooler days. After a day at the sea, the in-house sauna in the outdoor area invites you to relax.

The 2 open kitchens on the ground and upper floors are fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, kettle, and coffee machine – ideal for cooking together. Bed linen, washing machine, dryer, and an iron ensure comfort, even for longer stays. A high chair is available for the little ones. WLAN and TV provide entertainment and information. A private parking area with 6 spaces directly at the house makes arrival convenient.

The house is exclusively for non-smokers and offers an allergy-friendly environment. Mr. S. Von der Heyde

I am Stephan from the North – however, I live near Stuttgart. I fulfilled my dream of a holiday home on the coast in 2015. Since then, besides renting it out, we always find time now and then to use the house ourselves with our large family. When planning, it was especially important to us to have plenty of space in the house and in the garden.
