Our holiday apartment is located on the first floor of a single-family house in the midst of picturesque scenery on the edge of town between the church and fields.
It features a spacious, bright living area with dining corner and an open, well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, kettle, coffee pad machine, and much more.
The bedroom with double bed (180x200cm) ensures a restful sleep after many exciting experiences discovering the region.
The bathroom offers an almost level rain shower and a spacious washbasin as well as a toilet. In the hallway there is a large mirror with adjoining wardrobe.
A special highlight is the west-facing balcony, which invites you to linger and enjoy. All windows have electric shutters. The apartment is non-smoking, smoking is also not permitted on the balcony.
Dogs are very welcome, but may not be left alone in the apartment. Other pets are not allowed in our apartment.
The holiday apartment is fully equipped with Wi-Fi, so nothing stands in the way of searching for new excursion destinations and sharing experiences.

Kail is located in the triangle between Cochem, Treis-Karden, and Kaisersesch and therefore offers good infrastructure—not directly in the village, but everything needed for daily needs can be found at a distance of about 8–12 km. The A48 and A61 motorways are quickly reached, as well as a variety of excursion destinations and hiking paths.
