The apartment offers everything you could wish for a truly relaxing holiday or remote work stay. The standout feature is the 80 sq m terrace, which boasts a magnificent sea view, including the island of La Gomera. The apartment has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, a living room, and two terraces. German TV channels are provided. High-speed Wi-Fi is ideal for video calls while working remotely. A desk with a 24" monitor is available, allowing you to connect your laptop directly. Access to Netflix and Prime Video is also available. There is a very large pool area and plenty of greenery. Garage parking is located directly below the apartment. The Mercadona and Lidl supermarkets are less than a 5-minute drive away. Restaurants and other shops are also within easy walking distance. The same applies to the local Playa de la Arena beach with its famous black sand (a 15-minute walk).
