The fourth bedroom is slightly elevated by two steps and is located on a privileged side of the house with a full, unobstructed view of the sea. It offers direct access to the front terrace with its panoramic views, and the privilege of witnessing the sunset every day. Many days of the year seem like a fleeting, yet picturesque, scene – a truly unforgettable experience! This spacious room also includes a large dressing room and its own private bathroom with a bathtub and separate shower.

The fourth bedroom is slightly elevated by two steps and is situated on a privileged side of the house, offering a completely unobstructed view of the sea. The fully equipped office kitchen also features a side terrace, perfect for al fresco dining or breakfast, and of course, with a side view of the sea, there's a charcoal grill.

The front terrace is spacious and furnished with hammocks, parasols, patio furniture, and a hammock where you can take a relaxing nap or simply read a book, enjoying the peace and quiet and the sea breeze.
