Here is the translation to English: --- If our guest cancels their reservation, they are kindly requested to pay the following amounts:  For cancellations more than 60 days before the start date, only €30.00 administration fee is due;  For cancellations from 60 to 30 days before the agreed rental start date: 25% of the total rental amount;  For cancellations from 29 to 11 days before the agreed rental start date: 50% of the total rental amount;  For cancellations from 10 to 7 days before the agreed rental start date: 75% of the total rental amount;  For cancellations from 6 days up to one day before the agreed rental start date: 90% of the total rental amount;  For cancellations on the first day or during the agreed rental period: 100% of the total rental amount. We recommend that you take out insurance.

In the winter months from November until mid-March, the actual energy costs (gas) incurred will be charged. That is approximately between 40 and 60 euros. In this way, we can keep the prices as low as possible during the winter months.
