Comfortable, newly built villa in the small village of Bonaci, 9 km from Porec.

A covered terrace with a dining table and barbecue by the pool is the perfect place to relax and hang out with your friends and family.

The house is spread over two floors. The ground floor has a hallway, a living room, a dining room, a kitchen, a pantry, a laundry room, a toilet, and a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.

Upstairs, there are two further bedrooms, each with its own bathroom.

On the ground floor, there is a studio apartment with a separate entrance, consisting of a large double bed, a kitchenette, and a bathroom.

In total, the villa can accommodate 8 people. All rooms are air-conditioned, and the living room has underfloor heating.
