The new, luxurious, and beautiful Lord's House villa is located on the edge of a small village in the heart of Istria. The entire property is fenced (with a new 1.6-meter-high fence) and private. The secluded garden, surrounded by lush greenery, features a large swimming pool. Sun loungers and parasols are provided throughout. A gazebo with a large table and a charcoal grill is situated directly above the pool.

The villa is ideal for families with children and pets, offering ample space for up to 16 people, privacy, and parking. The entire interior is air-conditioned, with each bedroom having its own individual unit. The ground floor comprises a kitchen, living room, dining room, and one bedroom. Three further bedrooms are located on the first floor, and two more bedrooms are situated on the second floor.
